If you’re in the CBD, this is a great place especially after having dinner to just chill or have some chat with friends. The best thing I like here is that you could just find your seat and order there (no more standing awkwardly in line). Haha We ordered long black, flat white, Spanish latte, and hot chocolate. I thought Spanish latte would be sweet because of condensed milk, but I’m wrong. I could still taste the coffee, and that’s a plus for me! However, one of my friend said the hot chocolate is just so sweet so make sure to select your preferences for type of hot chocolate. As for churros, it’s great! we had chocolate and salted caramel dip. The best pair for our coffees! The place is kinda noisy though because it’s sort of a confined space so you hear people in other table talking too. Haha! But doesn’t matter as long as we can still hear each other in our own table. 😅 Overall, I’d love to be back here especially with the kids!

Ordered a HOT CHOC FOR TWO GIFT BAG. Up on reaching to the cash counter, I explained the online order and pickup of gift set. I was told they have no idea about the order. I provided order number, app confirmation, email confirmation and even proved that money is deducted from my account which i showed on my online banking app! The response - well, just go in the front of the store and pick up by yourself. So i paid $44.95 plus a Service Fee of $1.47 but the store cant be bother to even prepare the gift for pick up!!! I though, it might be a bad day for them and customer service might not be in front of their mind. So i went in front to pick up the giftset. After fumbling around, found the giftset which was broken. The packages were all Brocken or reaped horribly. It was definitely a giftset that is not giftable. So again - I queues up. Waited and reached to the front counter. I explained that all boxes are broken - can you please provide an empty gift box? I was told - it is was it is- there is nothing they can do. They do not make them in store - so too bad. I know that Sanchurro provide option to "CREATE YOUR OWN GIFT BAG!". How is it possible if they cant have a giftbag. Even after talking to the manager - the answer did not change. I realised that customer service was non-existent and they have no interest in serving. So i requested to cancel and refund the money. So starts another wait - where after 15 minute they realised that they cant cancel it as the system does not allow them. So I was told - well they cant refund and can only provide cash. At this stage, I was completely disgusted and left the store. Sanchurro is charging premium for their product and services. But what you are serving is extremely poor, underwhelming and Zero customer service. It is unfortunate that Sanchurro lost its quality identity. I can assure you that I definitely DID NOT "feel welcome" and DID NOT LEAVE "with a fun, vibrant memorable experience". It was anything but that.

Most unprofessional customer service ever received. Being there many times and never had this experience before. I placed online order, went to pick it up and waited at the counter. Was approached by a lady behind the counter and I said I have an online order, she completely ignored me and started preparing other orders. I was shocked as it was witnessed by others as well. Another lady came behind the counter and I asked if anything was wrong and why the other lady is showing a rude behaviour towards me. I asked if I can speak to the manager or provide any feedback as I haven’t had this experience before at San Churo’s. The girl said the lady served me was the manager anyway. Fist lady approached me again agitated and said what is my problem and asked the other girl to mind her own business as it’s not her problem. The other girl behind the counter said she is sorry as they were having a bad day. However the manager didn’t said a work and moreover she was giving other girl an attitude as well. She said there is no way to provide a feedback and if I have any issues I can do a google review. That’s why I am posting it here. After receiving my order I apologised to the lady about the customer service I received as she was having a bad day however she didn’t say a world and handed me my bag of Churos with the same ‘not giving a dam attitude’. The management definitely needs to work on there staffs psychosocial problems.

Ordered a latte that was beautifully presented with a smooth, creamy texture and a lovely leaf design on top. The coffee itself had a nice balance between milk and espresso, offering a rich flavor that wasn’t too overpowering. However, it was served a bit colder than expected, which slightly diminished the overall experience. A warmer temperature would have brought out more of the latte's full potential. They also gave you a sample of milk chocolate which is a plus point. ❤️ The shop itself is cozy and inviting, with its warm, orange-toned decor and charming displays of chocolate products and gift items. The vibrant wall art, which encourages everyone to treat themselves or someone else to chocolate, adds a playful touch to the ambiance. Overall, it’s a pleasant place to enjoy a quiet coffee break, despite the small flaw in the drink’s temperature.

Super busy place on a Saturday night but the chocolate is really good! If you’re after churros it’s probably better if you go with a group and share all the dips and sides! EDIT 24/8/19 - Reply: Hi Brett, thanks for your reply and offer but I didn’t write this review with any intention to receive anything back from you guys (perhaps you can pay it forward/donate those churros to someone in need instead?). I think the only thing on the day was when we arrived we didn’t know if we should seat ourselves or wait to be seated (staff members waitering didn’t make eye contact and if they did they were just too focused on their own tasks then to greet us and answer questions). If there was a sign detailing that someone would seat us or ‘please seat yourselves’ we certainly missed it.

Two thirds of the table still had dirty cups and plates from previous customers (see photos). One staff who passed by the table I chose (but still had dirty plates from previous customers) just looked at me and then the table and then just walked passed it 3x! Arrrgh. Lazy. In the end, I moved the dirty plates to the emoty table which also still had dirty plates on them. Then I saw 2 other staff pick one or two cups from empty tables but left the rest of the dirty plates on the same table they took the cups from. What's going on there? Then when my order came for a churros for one, the dip was placed in plastic cup instead of the usual porcelain because the dip containers were still unwashed. The churros tastes ok. It's the best example of what hospitality shouldn't be.
