Crown Casino Perth, a bastion of opulence and entertainment nestled in the heart of Western Australia, is a veritable playground for those who seek thrills, excitement, and the allure of chance. As I stepped into its grand halls, I was immediately enveloped in an atmosphere of lavish indulgence and a palpable sense of anticipation.

The casino floor, a tapestry of sights and sounds, pulsated with energy. The symphony of chiming slot machines, the clattering of chips, and the collective gasps of triumph and defeat blended into a melodic cacophony that became the soundtrack of the night. It was a sensory overload, a thrilling immersion into a world where fortunes could be won or lost in an instant.

Amidst the glitz and glamour, I found myself drawn to the blackjack tables, where the dance between player and dealer unfolded with each turn of the cards. It was a battle of wits, a game that required both strategy and intuition. The tension in the air was palpable, as players sought to outmaneuver the house and secure their place in the annals of triumph.

But Crown Casino Perth is not merely a haven for gamblers; it is a realm of culinary delights that beckons to the discerning palate. The array of dining options is a testament to the culinary mastery that lies within its walls. From exquisite fine dining establishments helmed by renowned chefs to casual eateries that cater to every craving, there is something to satiate every appetite.

I found myself immersed in a world of culinary artistry at the signature restaurants, where the fusion of flavors and the meticulous presentation of each dish elevated the dining experience to a new level. The freshest local produce and international ingredients were transformed into culinary masterpieces that tantalized the taste buds and ignited a symphony of flavors.

And when the night drew to a close, Crown Casino Perth revealed yet another facet of its allure—the vibrant nightlife. The bars and entertainment venues came alive with the pulsating beats of live music, the infectious rhythm that compelled even the most reserved to dance the night away. It was a celebration of life, a testament to the power of revelry and human connection.

Beyond the casino floor, Crown Casino Perth offers a sanctuary of tranquility and luxury. The lavish accommodations provide respite from the excitement, inviting guests to unwind and indulge in the comfort of their own private oasis. It is a haven where every whim is catered to, where relaxation and rejuvenation become paramount.

Crown Casino Perth is a destination that caters to the desires of those seeking a hedonistic escape, a place where dreams can be realized and the boundaries of possibility are pushed. It is a microcosm of a world where entertainment, gastronomy, and luxury converge to create an experience that is nothing short of extraordinary. Crown Casino Perth, with its intoxicating blend of elegance and excitement, is a testament to the allure of indulgence and the pursuit...

Security staff are on a power trip and completely out of line. Prior to arriving at the Casino My husband and I had been to an event at the Camfield on a Wednesday night. We had dinner and 3 drinks each, my husband had 1 full strength beer and 2 mid-strength beers over the course of the evening between 6pm and 10pm. When the event finished we headed to the casino with the intention of spending a few hours gambling before heading home. We entered, I needed to use the toilet, my husband waited outside of the toilets for me and then we asked a staff member where we could find the ATMs, as we were headed to the ATM my husband mentioned to me that the security guards seemed to be following us. All of a sudden there were 5 security guards surrounding us and they asked my husband if they could ask him some questions. They asked if he’d been drinking and he told them yes he’d had 3 drinks at an event earlier in the evening, they asked if he’d eaten to which he replied yes we ate dinner at the Camfield. They asked what he ate which he relayed the meal he had eaten, they then asked if it was good, he said yeah it was alright. And then they proceeded to tell him that he was swaying while walking and they could smell alcohol on him and that they needed to escort him out. Like what the actual hell is that about. He was not intoxicated, had not spoken to anyone or given off any drunk vibes, they reckon they can tell. They wouldn’t even let us exit via the entrance we came in through which meant we had to walk all the way around and try and find out way down to the outside car park area. As we doubled back we just went back by the door we originally entered in through and spoke to the security guard on the door that had greeted us as we arrived. We told him we had come through around 10 minutes ago and explained what happened and asked if in his opinion was my husband acting I intoxicated and he rattled off some pre scripted crap and said you’ve just admitted to drinking this evening and you are swaying while you are talking to me which is just absurd. I’d had the same number if drinks no one even looked at me twice. We are almost 40 yo with young children and had a rare evening out without children. We are hardly irresponsible drunk people and we’re dressed in neat smart casual clothing and gave off absolutely no drink or disorderly vibes. Honestly crown this kind of treatment of patrons is just ridiculous when I could have pointed out 50 people more intoxicated within eye shot of where we were standing and to surround us with 5 security guards and escort us out like we were trouble makers was just discriminatory. Well you just lost of on taking in some extra cash from well respecting people. Shame on you. Power tripping, bullying security guards. I’d avoid this...

I have to say the stuff are really Amazing.. However the little extras we as Platinum members had where nice until taken away..

Riverside Room.. We as a family spend a good amount of money here 3 or more times a week.. The payouts on the games inside the riverside area are different to the games outside.. You can spend 400$ in less than and hour without and games features..

The Smoking area in Riverside is okay, when it’s raining there is no coverage and the floor is slippery, not to mention the gaps my stilettos get caught and damaged..

I now take my own garnish’s for my drinks as I’m not allowed to have these luxuries anymore.. That’s disappointing.. If I want a cherry or slice of orange in my drink it’s now a extra charge..

All printed out tickets for members draws have to be now walked to the main stage in the casino, this isn’t a problem for me personally.. But as my Mum has problems walking so taking the barrel away because of the lack of staffing is a big deal for the older members within the Riverside area..

I will like to mention the lack of a dress code, or the lack of respect to it by not enforcing it..

Also the amount of people that don’t have any money or cigarettes and feel entitled to ask me for either..

I’ve been coming to this establishment for many years and it’s a safe environment for me as I know all the Riverside bar staff and most the security guards.. They are fabulous polite and respectful..

The food options are great from higher end restaurants to fast food places.. However the closing of the Snack Bar boggles my mind as this is a place many would consider during a night out..

Live music on the main casino floor over the weekends is excellent, Riverside is sometimes a hit or miss as some of the talent is very good.. But the older members with no hearing love it and enjoy the atmosphere and dance floor..

The Djs are the best in my opinion as they play a vast range of music..

I would love to give a higher rating but I just can’t.. Fix the Smoking areas it’s been 6mths since they have been closed for renovations or are they closed for ever..

You are taking everything that was nice and enjoyable away.. And the thought of the cashless card system is just ridiculous.. I like cash, where do people get the right to tell me what I can and can’t spend at the casino.. This is my Choice and it feel like my Choice is being taken away.. I’m responsible for my drinking gambling and other vices.. So stop being obsessed with how much money I spend or how long I choose to spend in the casino floor.. I don’t agree with the Suits coming over to me to talk about the responsible...

Honestly in shock, tonight was the first time I’ve ever been denied entry to any venue, at the age of 36. I suffer from Bipolar Type 2, GAD, BPD and ADHD, everyday life is a struggle for me. Tonight we tried to enter the casino as we have many times before, I had recently been crying earlier that night due to my mental health, upon arriving at the casino, the female security guard said I was denied entry due to supposed intoxication. I mentioned to her that I am on psychiatric medication and had been crying earlier that night, I had 4 drinks over a 9 hour period as my friends agreed, which was the full truth. She said I looked ‘glassy eyed’ and therefore denied me entry, even when I explained my psychiatric medications can interact with alcohol, and explained how I had genuinely had 4 drinks over the past 9 hours. The female security guard (the only female guard pictured in my photo) was extremely rude and lacked any hint of emotion or empathy, especially considering only 15 minutes earlier I had easily been granted entry in to a well-known bar in Northbridge, she even had a smile on her face while talking to me. They say sometimes the smiling face of a stranger can instantly transform someone’s day from difficult to positive. This female security guard certainly had quite the opposite effect today, we left with me being in tears and our friends having to console me. As a long term patron of Crown from my early childhood, I am genuinely shocked and disappointed to see Crown’s horrible attitude towards mental health disorders and psychiatric medication, we will never go back again as the female security guard making me feel this way was already very difficult and I will not run the risk of this occurring again.

Went to crown casino for the first time on my 19th birthday, no problem getting let in, went outside for a vape. go back into the line. Security guard was telling a lady she wasn’t allowed inside because of her dress and then he said the same thing with me, when i told him i had already been let in previously he said i was”pinged on cameras and that it was to keep everyone comfortable, wether i was or not i’m disgusted that a man looked at me like that and decided my top was too distracting when there were half naked women in there it really disgusts me and just ruined my night, my partner then went and asked why i wasn’t getting let in to another security guard (mind you i hadn’t had a single drink or substance that day as i had a headache from just being in there) he told him that it was because i seemed intoxicated. he also covered his camera while checking an id and another security guard told him off for it. after that we went around the back and i was easily let in by the security guards no problem :) that goes to show how messed up crown casino is without talking about the money they make by making money off peoples addictions - here’s my top for reference.

The Casino is ok, been a few times, certainly nothing amazing. The sports bar has multiple screens which is decent enough, but it has the worst set up you could ever imagine. For big games on the screen you end up queueing to get in on the right. You finally get in and get settled. But if you need the toilet at any point during the 2 hours while an event is on, you then have to walk all the way around to the exit point of the sports bar on the left , walk another 5 minutes through the Casino to the toilet, and then when you finally get back to the sports bar, they don't let you back in even, though your mates are inside, they make you queue up again, sometimes can take another 5 or 10 minutes. All I could here throughout the bar was people complaining about this. Don't think they care at all though. Worst experience for watching a big event. Also, whenever you try to call the bar they never answer and tell you to email them, which I did to ask about their events, and never even got a reply from Nicole Clark who is supposedly in charge. Useless.
