Shared a picnic supper with interstate friends, and lots of other socially distanced small groups, in the park across the road then watched the fireworks which were awesome, thank you so much 🎉🥂🤗☺🇦🇺 Only negative was the sprinklers which started in the lower part of the park ar 10pm, moving around the programmed station causing people on the park to move and people on the paths to dodge the spray. Called CoP a/h who kindly logged a job to try to get them turned off. Sitting peacefully after the fireworks waiting for the crowds and traffic to clear when the top sprinklers started so hasty exit 😐 something to remember...

We went with a few friends and had a meal there (Roast dinner). Was average in the food department but as a whole we had a good time and would go back again. The location is really nice too as we went for a walk along the river after and could see the Optus Stadium on the opposite side of the river.
