Nutshack — Local services in Barwon South West

This was one of the worst examples and shopping experience I’ve ever experienced with my family today 8/8/25 Friday. Looks are certainly deceiving, looked well presented and “fresh”. Our daughter ended up spending $70 on mixed lollies and chocolates for a nice treat for us all. Lady there seemed nice and eager to help serve these so called fresh treats! Obviously we all got fooled by this snack store Dr.Nuts and sweets store. Because we are all nice and honest people we got taken advantage of by paying such a high price and not fresh lollies or chocolate at all. We highly recommend that you do not buy anything from them as they smile and rip you off! I feel terrible for my daughter as she ended up paying for this hard, stale lollies because she is so kind and generous.i know we won’t get a refund but I will pay my daughter back for this. I’ll be returning all the stale lollies and chocolates back to this store and never go back again! We rate this Dr.Nuts and sweets store minus zero! So frustrating and annoyed by this...

This is my first ever Google review. The lady who served me today, was rude and does not want to serve me. I was going to order multiple items. However, after the first item I ordered, she just gave me my order price and wanted me to pay and go! She didn’t ask me “Would you like anything else?”.
