Walked in, never been here.

Only guy behind bar was on the phone and ignored us and we just stood at the front waiting to be welcomed and told what the go is.

Guy on phone looks us dead in the eyes then proceeds to ignore us and grind zest off an orange and walk down bar away from us.

We finally see a sign that says "to be served go to taps" did as said and finally told what to do.

No seating available, go outside in cold, wind. Each table has a gas heater but none are lit.

No table service or menus given nothing. Wonder around and find everything proceed to order, another staff takes order and is just ill toned and we get the feeling no one wants to be here.

We aks for some super simple food changes, like if we could have extra of this and such. Just blanket NO.. So instead of ordering what we wanted with 1 change of the item we bought something else.

Food came out super quick, was hot and really awesome. Tap choices was fantastic.

Sad the service, and setup is so terrible that it didn't matter how good food was. It was a spoiled night. Can't state how cold it was outside without the heaters on. Staff weren't serving, many tables outside just didn't seem to care.

Got the feeling this was some wannabe Melbourne hipster joint where you just have to be a regular to be welcomed or have a clue how things work here.

Won't be back, but definitely recommend the wings or...

The staff at this establishment have the most condescending, obismal and disrespectful customer service I have ever encountered. My friends and I are all working on contract at the hospital and wanted to come for a drink and some food. We waited 50 minutes for food and only one serving was sent to the neighbouring empty table. When staff were questioned regarding the same we were told "you should have approached us sooner asking about you're food, we had a printing issue." I further questioned the same with the manager and were told we should be "understanding" as we were sitting "so far away" towards the back in the beer garden? No apology from the manager. Extremely distasteful, disappointing and have lost regular customers. Leaving a bad taste in a bunch of Aussie and kiwi girls mouths of tassie service industry as a whole = congratulations.

*not to mention the manager writing his own 5 star reviews pretending to be seated next to us as customers at the...

We have been once before and were so happy with the food and the experience that we decided to visit tonight for our 5 year anniversary. This time we can only describe our experience as utterly disappointing. Staff lacked any shred of enthusiasm, my chicken burger was dry, tasted like it was fried in old oil and contained a short dog hair. The chips were not even comparable to Maccas fries. Being a hot day we placed ourselves inside near the air conditioning, however it never had a chance given that the doors were open letting in all the heat. We have never been so dissatisfied with a restaurant and will have to have a do over of our anniversary because the whole dinner was a write-off. We really hope the atmosphere goes back to the way it used to be, with quality food and staff who enjoy...
