Overall, my experience at the Kalamunda Artisan Markets is a good. Situated in "Perth hills" on the first Saturday of every month, you'll find a variety of stalls with plants, cheese, ceramics, art, coffee, food-- the list goes on. I only ever really go for the plants because I have a problem (plant addiction). It's a great place to buy unique gifts, and if you're from or have family and friends from overseas, it's a good opportunity to buy quality Australian hand-made souvenirs. There's a real market feel here, the location and friendly people. It's a nice morning out even if you're not interested in buying anything. Prices vary and it's important to remember that everything is hand-made by the stall holder when perusing the items on offer. Parking is not a problem, though it can get busy as the morning progresses. I recommend going a bit early. Dogs on leads are welcome.

Love Kala and the vibes it gives off, the market didn't disappoint either. Less of a commercial feel about it and more of an artisan feel to it. Was definitely a nice way to spend a Saturday morning.

What an enjoyable morning strolling through the stalls. Bought a couple of hand made items for gifts and specifically designed wrapping paper from the sca.har. stall. Something for everyone!

Haven't been in awhile, but it's a fantastic place to go with so many variety of stores to choose from. Yesterday was one of the busiest as Christmas is nearby and everyone's coming to find that special gift or to grab a bargain. If your looking for some different quality products don't forget to pop into Annelle Creations who are there every month, so next time your there check out the range of amazing hand crafted design jewellery and fabric bags. There's something to buy for all occasions. In January is their big Sale and lots of items all go out for...

This is a lovely market. It's small but the farmers bring in fresh produce and there is a community atmosphere. You can bring dogs, there is fresh food prepared on-site at a number of vans. There is a variety of stalls selling eggs, soap, skin care, olive oil, specialty breads and cheeses, amongst other items. Parking is easy and if you want a drive up into the hills on a Sunday morning, it's...
