Newest Korean Restaurant in Melbourne @noulboo is offering 30% off their dinner menu for the next two weeks as a grand opening offer. Located conveniently near the Flinders street station, this place is a must visit for all Korean food lovers.
They have a hidden library inside, which is really cool and a private dining space too.
We enjoyed:
Pork hock and pork belly set, Pork bone stew, Korean fried chicken (original) Seafood pancake, Spicy buckwheat noodles, Corn cheese, Ginseng chicken soup.
Everything was so tasty especially that stew I feel in love with the comforting flavours of it. So wholesome and perfect to share it with big group of friends and family.
Not to mention, their original crispy fried chicken was absolutely fantastic, was so juicy and crispy. Must try. Authentic Pork hock is hard to find here in Melbourne and this one hits the spot just right, highly recommend it.
Also we loved the spicy buckwheat noodles, so flavourful and tasty it was. And so was the seafood pancake and the chicken soup. A perfect Korean winter meal we had here.
The service is prompt and the staff and owners are all very welcoming and friendly folks. The prices are very reasonable and they serve a good quality food here.
I can’t wait to go back again to have more of that pork bone stew, with some cabbage. So add this to your list and...
Read moreThis is currently my favorite Korean restaurant in Melbourne. We had the Pork Back Bone Soup and Crispy Chicken (Boneless), and both dishes were exceptional—capturing the essence of top Korean dining. Each bite was a genuine taste of home. The soup was enhanced with extra blanched wombok, adding to its richness, while the freshly made boneless fried chicken was a real treat. It came with two distinctive dipping sauces: Garlic & Soy and Hot and Spicy. The Hot and Spicy sauce stood out with its bold, satisfying kick. The radish kimchi served on the side was also excellent.
The restaurant features bookshelves filled with Korean literature, giving it a charming, library-like ambiance. The area behind the bookshelves provides seating for groups. This newly opened venue is clean and inviting, and the owner and staff are notably friendly and welcoming. With such a diverse menu, I’m eager to try everything they offer. This is a Korean restaurant I definitely plan to revisit with friends.
While the restaurant’s setting is pleasant, it’s the outstanding taste of the food that truly makes it special. I was so absorbed in enjoying the dishes that I only remembered to take photos midway through our meal. I highly recommend this place to anyone in search of the taste of authentic and superb...

What we ordered: 🍲 Pork Bone Stew (Medium) $49 🐽 Pork Hock and Belly Set (Medium) $65 🦑 Seafood Pancake $25 🍜 Spicy Buckwheat Noodles $19 🍗 Boneless Crispy Chicken (7pcs) $25 🌽 Corn Cheese $12 🐔 Ginseng Chicken Soup $29
Would highly recommend ordering the pork bone stew! It’s a great option if you’re going to be sharing a meal between 3-4 people as it comes with a generous portion of meat, potatoes and cabbage. And don’t be alarmed by the colour of the broth - it’s not as spicy as it looks so don’t worry!
The chicken also deserves a shout out because it was so crisssspy and the meat was extremely juicy on the inside. And this might be an unpopular opinion but I love a good boneless piece of fried chicken like this cus you can just get stuck in straight away without having to navigate through any bones. So good!
Plenty of seating available so great for larger groups as it’s easy to...
