FISHBOWL - Chadstone — Attraction in Melbourne

I love fish bowl, I have been eating so many fish bowl.

But it is the first time I came to Chadstone store. We order 1 OG chicken and 1 beef brisket. Waiting over 10 mins and even the customers came after us received order and we did not! I went to counter to check in, the guy said, we do not have beef, it is cooking at the moment.

We got chicken first, which turned out only 2 or 3 pieces of chicken.

As a loyal customer, wish all your stores have standard food and if any order needs to waiting longer, pls tell your customer when they ordered.

I do not think I will come to chadstone fish bowl...

Best healthy takeaway option in Aus. Food is always delicious! However, I order this frequently via ubereats. I always select provide utensils and leave a personalised note kindly requesting some. 9 times out of 10 they won’t provide anything. Is the team not skilled up on uber eats or is this a ridiculous money saving tactic by management? Drinks/sauces also missing too often

while eating my 5 spice beef box I bit down onto something that wasn't food, and hurt my tooth. I found a small fragment of metal shrapnel in my mouth and took it to the counter. Speaking to the staff, they apologised and explained that it must have been a piece of one of the stirring spoons they cook with. I was offered a partial refund, which was very decent of them. Great food, just something to look out for - perhaps Fishbowl should reconsider the cooking equipment they use? I wouldn't want to see anyone seriously...
