I've been a loyal customer of Mann Travels for a long time, consistently paying $50–$60 extra over airline fare thinking I was paying for better service. Unfortunately, that belief turned out to be a complete misconception.

My most recent experience was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I had to cancel tickets due to the recent war situation in India. I contacted their after-sales department and was assisted by someone named Varun, who advised me to convert the tickets to "open" instead of canceling. He assured me I could use the tickets later by contacting either Air India or Mann Travels.

When I tried to rebook last week, Air India had no record of the tickets. My name didn’t show up in their system, and the PNR number I was given was invalid. I had no choice but to go back to Mann Travels, who quoted me a price $450 higher than what Air India was offering directly. When I questioned Varun, he was extremely rude and dismissive, telling me to just cancel and book elsewhere if I wasn’t happy.

To make things worse, my daughter's date of birth was entered incorrectly, and Mann Travels refused to issue a corrected itinerary. We were told to use the old one, and only thanks to the kind and accommodating staff at Air Indiawere we allowed to board.

I’ve always paid extra thinking it was for better service, but clearly, there is no service at all. In contrast, my experiences with Gurkhas Travels have been far superior.

I am writing this review to express my profound dissatisfaction with the experience my father had due to poor service from both Mann Travel and Vietnam Airlines. I booked a Vietnam Airlines flight for my father through Mann Travel, scheduled for his return from India on November 4th at 23:35. Upon arriving at Delhi Airport, however, he was informed that his flight had been canceled without any prior notification and rescheduled for the following night, resulting in an unplanned 16-hour layover. This was especially frustrating as I had originally booked a flight with a much shorter 4-hour layover.

When I reached out to Mann Travel for support, I was met with unprofessional responses. First, the team shifted all responsibility onto the airline, instead of acknowledging or addressing our concerns directly. Later, a Mann Travel representative casually mentioned that other passengers had been informed of the cancellation and suggested that my father might have missed the notification. This dismissive attitude and lack of accountability were deeply disappointing, especially given the level of disruption this situation caused.
