Me and old work client went here to get some luch some time back we decided to try it as we had not been there yet BIG MISTAKE. I had a cold can of drink that I was drinking while I waited for my friend outside when she arived we went in i still had a little bit of drink left, we ordered no issues when out food arived the old stuck up lady with short hair went off her tree you can not bring outside drinks we don't serve that here and made me place the can with a tiny bit of drink left on the floor under the table. It was very rude and humiliating, people sitting around us were looking. It was the first time and last time I will go there mugs ally up the road is 100 percent better nice staff good menu and better price. I told this story to most people in the building where I work just up the road, you lost many potential customers and some old ones over a $2 drink good...

On my way to work yesterday I thought I’d pop past to grab a coffee. Time was 7:40, I saw people working so assumed it was open or soon to be, as I grabbed the handle, I realised it was locked. The owner, youngish man (I think he’s name is manny) rushed over, only to point to the sign and rudely tell me “WE OPEN AT 8!”. I assumed he was rushing over because he wanted a sale. I was bit taken back by the way I was spoken to, I think old mate needs to be reminded to speak to people better, and be more hospitable given his choice of service to the community. If I were there at unreasonable hour, yeah no problems, but 7:40 to me isn’t that outrageous to think a place may be open… Before moving to the country, I use to live nearby and would be a regular at the cafe, hence why I recall his name, I won’t be back… the food has never been that...

bad experience. Old lady here is pretty rude. My partner and I went here to grab some coffee - So i let him cue for us and I went straight to the toilet. While i was on my way there, i got stopped by an old lady asking what I was doing - i told her i need to use the washroom. She said I need to ask coz its not a public toilet. So i replied my partner is lining up to get some coffee and she said “thats where the shop is” (pointing to the area where my partner was lining up). I said okay but i need go to the toilet first. Then she said id have to ask and started pointing where the toilet is like im some kind of foreigner that i dont understand english. That toilet is meant for the customers (like us) and she made a conclusion that i was just there to use it. I wouldn’t just barge in and use any amenities there that aren’t...
