Massive thanks to the chef and kitchen staff - Food and coffee was great!

Waitressing staff however were quite rude and rolled eyes/talked down to us when speaking up about an incorrect order. We were lectured about an online order that wasn’t even ours (wrong table) and there was no apology for the way we were spoken once she realised her mistake.

Staff Customer service skills are in need of upskilling. Quite sad to think that the waitresses are “the faces” of the business and they are letting Ground Coolangatta down.

Highly recommend a customer service skills workshop/professional development/staff meeting to enhance and develop staffs CM skills in order to make the customers experience more enjoyable and make them want...

I got there at around 12.30. I ordered at the counter as did not have scan. I ordered a wrap and a drink for all up around $23.50. The fellow behind me ordered. Other people ordered. Theman behind me was served, ate his meal and left as did several others. The waitress walked around clearing tables near to me in daydream land! After 45 minutes or so I had to leave and asked for a refund. I was given $15.00 for the wrap and saw this after leaving for the airport, so they got $8.50 for free and bad service.
