My recent visit to City Cave was nothing short of disappointing. I had heard some positive reviews about this place, but my experience left me thoroughly unimpressed.

Firstly, the ambiance was far from relaxing. The lighting was too bright, and the noise level was anything but peaceful. It was supposed to be a calming escape, but I felt more stressed being there than before.

Secondly, the facilities were not up to the mark. The cleanliness was questionable, and the equipment seemed outdated. I expected a modern and well-maintained spa, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

Moreover, the staff was indifferent and lacked professionalism. They appeared disinterested and did not provide any guidance or suggestions for my spa treatment. It felt like they were just going through the motions without any genuine care for their customers.

The worst part was the treatment itself. It fell far short of my expectations. The therapist seemed inexperienced and did not deliver the quality of service I had anticipated. It was a complete waste of time and money.

To top it all off, the pricing was exorbitant for the subpar experience I had. I left feeling unsatisfied and regretful of my decision to visit City Cave.

I came in with a painful back and left feeling completely renewed thanks to Prem’s incredible remedial massage—60 minutes of pure relief and joy. He has a calm, grounding energy that made the session even more healing. Big shoutout also to the lovely receptionist, who was exceptionally kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to help me with a special health fund receipt and clearly knows the City Cave system inside out. Parramatta City Cave is truly a standout! June 2024 City Cave Parramatta is such a beautiful, calming place. I have visited it three times lately and have left fully satisfied, well-rested, and relaxed every time. The team was very kind (Jonathon was specially kind (I am not 100% sure about the name - tall guy with a neck tattoo)), and the atmosphere was welcoming. I used an infrared sauna and single and couple floating, and everything was enjoyable, seamless, and clean. Rooms are spacious. The music was suitable, and even the tea, towels, toiletries were of good quality. The waiting lodge is also superbly cute, and being there is relaxing itself.
