Crust Pizza Parramatta — Restaurant in Sydney

I placed an online order for pick-up at Crust Parramatta. Just 10 minutes later, I arrived at the store and was shocked to find it completely closed, with no announcement or prior notice.

No one contacted me to inform me that the store had relocated. I had to call them myself, only to find out they had moved to another location. Because of the heavy rain, it was impossible for me to walk there, even if they claimed it was “just 5 minutes away.”

I told them I wanted to cancel the order since there was no prior communication about the change of address. Their response was extremely disappointing — they told me I couldn’t get a refund because “there was a sign at the old store,” but there was no sign at all, and even the confirmation email still showed the old address.

The person on the phone showed no empathy and was very dismissive. I was told to “call tomorrow and talk to the manager” to see if I could get a refund. I had to insist multiple times, and only after a frustrating conversation did they agree to refund my money.

This entire experience was unacceptable. As a customer, I expect clear communication, empathy, and basic respect — none of which I received in...

We ordered for half and half pizza(Peri Peri Pizza & Jackfruit)from Crust Parramatta.However they misplaced the sauce on both the sides.We called the store to inform the same and the staff member, Palak said we will redo the order and the pizza will be ready in 10 mins and we also confirmed if we should get the pizza back or dump it, to which the staff replied whatever is okay. To that we confirmed in that case we will dump it. We called up again to check if they have got the right order; once we arrived to collect the pizza the attendant there Palak said that she hasn't put the pizza in as the manager would like to speak to us; who apparently had gone to deliver some pizza.They wanted us to wait for the manager to arrive and also bring the pizza which we has dumped earlier ; i couldn't take this BS and moved out and post this ordeal my wife called up Crust and she spoke to Palak,PJ(wasn't ready to provide her full name) & Owner Vipul(Wasn't ready to provide his full name) and they all were very rude and just playing blame game with each other.We were always a big fan of Crust since years now but this was clearly the last pizza ordered with at least...

No menu cards available at the counter to know the toppings or the prices. They said they ran out of it!

When Pizza arrived it wasn't sliced properly to separate the pieces. So had to return. Despite second attempt, the Pizza was still not cut properly. The store person said "knife is not sharp enough, you saw me do it right! " . Rather than offering for another attempt at cutting it.

Chips were given without salt. The store person told us " you have to tell us you want it with salt". Instead of asking us while taking the order. Later she gave us a pinch salt on the side of the pizza! Not on Chips!

The store person was constantly talking on her personal mobile while taking orders and preparing the food.

Crust charged us for premium pizza but the quality of service were below acceptable standards.
