Excited when these guys opened but haven't had the best experience. First time there yesterday and was waiting for ages for our order, went to check and they had forgotten our order completely but were good to make it up quickly. Decided to go back for lunch today and got the miso eggplant bowl only to get all the way home to realise they forgot the eggplant. Went back to the shop to inform them and get it thinking all was good, but when I got back home discovered they also didn't put the rice in for the base. The food is yummy but pretty frustrating to have these issues on 2 consecutive days - hopeful it's just while they find their feet but hesitant to try for a third time.
