Wow! 21 Thai has really transformed recently! I am so thrilled to have eaten the best Thai meal in years from this restaurant last night. The servings were generous - no skimping on the tofu, which is a big deal for vegetarians. Lovely fat juicy bits of tofu too. The flavours were outstanding. I am gluten intolerant and was able to ask for GF versions of all dishes. All the veg was fresh and crispy. The prices are so affordable, quick service and the staff were lovely. I was even given my take away in a paper bag instead of plastic.
I did try 21 Thai in the past and it was ok, just a bit average. When a new menu arrived in my letterbox it seemed the food had changed, perhaps there is a new chef or new management?
This will definitely be a regular destination for me. So happy to have genuinely exciting Thai food in...

I order from Menulog 3-4 times per week. I have never written about a restaurant before. However this restaurant has to be the worst experience I have ever had. The meal arrived very late after I had to call the restaurant. I was them passed to 3 different people. The meal finally turned up stone cold with not even an apology. I paid $66.00 for 4 tiny dishes. The crying tiger was just a lump of over cooked dry steak not even cut up. When I rang the restaurant back I was passed around again only to be told the mgr couldn’t or wouldn’t come to the phone. Menulog then rang and spoke to the mgr (Thank you) I was then informed they would call straight back. No surprises here they never did.

Read moreA couple of days ago I lived a disgusting experience in the customer service. The girl at the counter (girl with black hair) who was serving the customers and attending the delivery drivers and couriers was so rude with one delivery guy.
As a customers and as a being human we MUST NOT accept misconduct at any level. It’s pretty bad and we don’t have to get negative atmosphere because of this kind of situations.
Any excuse (busy time, rush shift, peak hour) can’t be accepted in behalf of rudeness and lack of empathy. If it gets busy then stop receiving orders and stop affecting customer service with delayed attention, disgusting atmosphere and misconduct situations.
