I've seen this shop and walked past it so many times but never tried it. I thought I'd give it a go today as this is the only shop in my area that I haven't tried before. I placed the order online at 11.47am. It says the estimated time of pick up is 10 mins or 11.57am. It also says I will get a text notification when my food is ready to be picked up. I was in the shop a couple of minutes early. I waited and waited and saw people walking in and picking up their preorder meals. I was constantly checking my phone for text but nothing. At 12.11pm, or 24 mins after placing the order, I walked up to the counter and asked. The asian dude asked for my name and he checked my food, which was there all along on the counter awaiting pick up. I was a bit annoyed so I asked, 'I was waiting for a text that never came'... When I started eating I realised that it wasnât brown rice it was white sushi rice. I asked the female server ( the only one there late Saturday afternoon before the dinner rush ) Is this brown rice ( knowing full well it wasnât) and her response was â no itâs sushi Rice â do you want me to make it again? I said no as I donât like waste and I was rushing to a meeting. I kept eating and to my horror I realised there was no cabbage either just a pile of white sushi rice.    Read moreI like fishbowl and poke bowls, but the amount of times our orders are wrong is very disappointing. I've tried reaching out to support via the app multiple times and have never heard back a single time. My most recent order of the beef brisket was really upsetting when I took it home and found that there was no beef brisket in it. This is meant to be one of their premium options. Unfortunately, I didnt get any response from reaching out to support. There's also a bug in the app when using the "reorder" function -- every time I try to reorder a large bowl along with a small bowl, they both turn into small bowls and I get charged for two small bowls. Makes the reorder button useless when it should otherwise be really convenient. Overall, ordering fishbowl here has been a frustrating...
