Drinks were alright, even tho doesn't have much variety but taste was all good. The speed has improved a lot, with the use of app is even easier. However, have to rate it down due to the customer service. I had ordered on the app, and was advised it's ready to be pickup up. When I went in there was no sign for pick up queue, but with few people 'queuing' in front of me for pick up orders. Mind that there was a whole bunch of people trying to squeeze in even tho they aren't picking up. When it finally gets to me, there were a couple of people who just cuts in the pick up area and the waitress decided to serve them first. I understand there was only one person serving and it would take a little while, but there comes another worker helping the customer to get their order. Again, I was the first one in there and gets ignored, the second worker decided to serve all the others that literally just walking in from outside instead of me waiting who has been there waiting for a couple minutes already. And guess what? I have texted my friend right before heading in the queue and replied straight when I walked out and found that it took me 10 minutes to get my drinks. It's a horrible experience with the queue and...

I tried 3 times at this branch and the last two were terrible. It was watered down and I couldn’t taste the tea.

The one in CBD has always remained consistent. Burwood branch started out good but the quality has definitely gone down with how busy they get. Decided to try during less busy hours (right when they opened in the morning) for my third time… still couldn’t taste the tea. There was only a small hint of it unlike my first try here.

The girls at the counter have been professional in all interactions. Not really friendly nor rude. No complaints in that department from me. They’re carrying this review to be honest. I’d give 0.5 āļø for the drinks alone.

I don’t think I’ll give this branch another go anytime soon, given that Molly tea’s on the pricier side. I’m not gonna pay for another drink with that I can’t taste the tea in what’s supposed to...

First time trying Molly Tea. The tea shop smells very nice. They have put a lot of thought into the aesthetics of the store and products but however the beverages are simply not worth the hype and the long wait time. We ordered two gardenia iced tea one with 100% sugar and the other with 70% (recommended sugar level) The gardenia iced tea with 100% sugar had absolutely no sweetness at all, the tea tasted very subtle and watered down. The other gardenia iced tea with 70% sugar tasted extremely bitter. Despite asking for less ice in both drinks there was a lot of ice and they were quite big in size, bigger than most in other tea shops. It is evident they use premium quality tea leaves in their beverages however considering the size of the cups and extra costs for toppings is not worth the price point. Sadly I won’t...

14/3/25 - 4 stars Just when you think Burwood can't fit another milk tea chain, another just pops up. Molly tea has certainly taken Sydney by storm and the Burwood branch seemingly popped up not long after the Haymarket one. The branding and design are pretty unique (though LV may have something to say about it). Service is fairly quick though its so popular right now that waiting 30mins is not uncommon. Is it worth the wait? Yes if you like strong and authentic jasmine tea. Didn't get any other at this branch, but, the other drinks are subpar. Premium Jasmine Intensity: SS+, 9.5/10. Top tier stuff. Not my usual go to brew, but, is genuinely delicious Consistency: S, 8/10. Milky enough. Nothing crazy but smooth enough Value: B, 6/10. $8 is quite expensive (esp since there's a fair bit of ice) but it's Sydney so wcyd

If you have ever been to any of the Molly tea stores in Sydney, you will know it’s Molly when you see the long queues and hot pink cups. But why queue when you can order on their app! Would you rather wait 20 minutes on the footpath while pretending to look cool or order your drink in advance and pickup your drink like a VIP. You’ll save so much time and so much more efficient. Molly Tea delivers strong, jasmine flavours that truly stand out. My favourites are the premium jasmine milk tea and the matcha jasmine salted cheese. You can really taste the high-quality, robust tea base. It's rich, aromatic, and perfectly sweetened. Their marketing is a genius with their catchy pink cups, they’re so Instagrammable and just add a fun, vibrant touch to the whole experience.

Popped into Molly Tea and got the Oolong and jasmine milk teas. While the flavours were nice, I don’t think it was worth the 25 minute plus wait. You can get similar quality and taste at other bubble tea shops who also brew their own tea like Tea spot, Tea republic, Chicha etc. We swung by around 8:45pm on Friday (13/3) and they were out of pearls so got the taro balls. Unfortunately the taro balls were all mushy. With the long wait and the milk tea not being that great on that night, I’m not in a hurry to go back, though I might think about it if there’s no line. Our order last night really didn’t make the long wait worth it. That said, we did go earlier in the week during the day, and even with a long line, the tea was great.
