Today I had an appointment at removery parramatta to consult about removal of eyebrows tattooing that I just previously had done. Upon arrival I was greeted by friendly ladies at the desk, I then met the lovely consultant Eve. Who explained everything to me thoroughly. To my surprise and utter delight, Eve recommended a highly qualified cosmetic tattooist to have a look at them, to see if something could be done b4 removal. Eve & removery have integrity, honesty like I have never ever found in any company b4. So I’m going to book appointment with tattoo artist, if she recommends removal. I have absolutely no worries about returning to removery parramatta to have my removal done. After my visit today I hold this company in high regards especially Eve. They could have easily just removed & taken money which they didn’t. Ashame more businesses don’t follow suite. Had a consultation and advised would wait to recover properly from surgery before I came back for treatment. Went back for 1st treatment and was told there was no record of consultation, and that I was booked in for a consultation not a treatment. Was ultimately gaslit by the technician that what I had come in for 3 months prior wasn’t an actual consultation and “just a quick chat”, although my previous “quick chat” I had photos taken of all my tattoos and received a quote for the cost of service, etc. I was then told at this second consultation there was a price increase; price went from $7,000 to $18,000. Increase not justifiable at all. I rang Head Office and was told they would send me an email to reply to, never got sent so I took it upon myself to send an email to their email address.
