Hi, i went to spa moments which is parramatta westfield next to priceline pharmacy yesterday. i came to do full face wax as i always come there to do so and for facials too. there was a lady who was going to do face wax for me. i generally ask her if i do the mini facial along with wax how much will it gonna charge as i told her i did it before too the lady at the counter please ask her she went there and came back and give me spa moments price list and said she did't know you and she did't have your ph no. too i told her am just generally asking but that lady was so rude to me that i left the service and came out to talk to lady on the counter4 she was again came there and arguing with me. i really dnt understand what kind of customer service is this. How can you send your customers happy if you dnt know how to talk to them. Work is work should not show attitude at work as its really not work ethics. Let me tell you one more thing i am a regular customer there coming there from ,last 5 years i guess. You just lost your regular client because of this behaviour. Also lady told me we dnt have your no. too just check the photo i have uploaded as being a regular client am getting messages from spa moments. How could she say that to me when i checked with the lady standing at counter she told me i told her i dnt know your no. but she said she even dnt know you and dnt have your no. Read moreFalse advertisement and terrible customer service. Ordered Retinol 50ml bottle and was delivered 30ml bottle. When I reached out to their customer service, their reply was like the website information was incorrect, the item was actually 30ml not 50ml, you either keep it or send it back yourself to us and we will refund once we receive it back. Seriously, good way to admit your mistake and put client on inconvenience. If the ads was wrong in the first place it should be fixed asap, but until now after 1 month I still see the ads with same item, same price, clearly false advertisement on purpose. Even after I placed the order, they can at least reach out and advise about the issue and I can choose to get the refund before they ship out. Read moreI have spent thousands of dollars on products with Spa Moment over the past few years and am so disappointed with their lack of communication following a reaction I have had after using an eye cream. Because I buy in bulk (for both my daughter and I) it does take a little while for me to perhaps start using a new product. I have sent 2 emails (initial and follow up) providing both photos of my eye reaction that was occurring and also photos showing how little of the eye cream I’d used to note that the cream was clearly irritating my eyes causing a rash and that it had happened with minimal use. No reply or recommendations, no follow up with brand of skincare on how to soothe my eyes/skin to help, no offer to return the barely used product for a store credit (considering I have been a good consistent buyer for such a long time)… No...
