I am giving a rating of 3 because I do not have consistently excellent service. There are times when I have a fantastic experience and massage and others where I wished I spent my time doing something else 🙃 Unfortunately, parking is an issue - limited is an understatement, the hospitable security is there to try when he can to help you fit somewhere when possible, but the overall historic colonial styled building remains lovely. I've had instances where I waited nearly 15 minutes past my time because somehow, a room wasn't available. The rooms are close and walls are thin-- remember, historic building so there's only so much that can be done to "upgrade them" -- so, during my latest service, for thr first 20 minutes of my massage, I had to hear the shouting of the client next door on the phone - despite it being a no-phone zone. I've had some of the nicest and dependable professionals provide service and I've had others who perhaps needed a break and it definitely showed. I will say, there's a gentleman who is downstairs at times who I think to be an owner and he always greets patrons and seemingly problem solves matters when the lovely reception team appear overwhelmed. Despite my feelings, those who live in the east in particular I do believe this is a viable option for full spa services-- your experience may be better, so form your own opinion 😉.

Wow what an amazing experience! Simone was absolutely great I can't wait to come back just to have her do my nails! Cindy was sooo gentle with my sugar waxing I honestly did not feel a thing. I finally do not have to rush to get things done before I come to the bahamas. I will be visiting here again to see my ladies soon! Thank you! ❣️

I was treated to a signature massage. This included hot stones, I've never had the stones before, but I enjoyed them very much. Shout out to my masseuse, the lady with the twisted braids in an updo style. Please forgive me. I forgot your name. My overall experience was great.

Unassuming from the outside, this place may not look like luxury but they make up for it in service and quality. We booked the day before and they were able to accommodate us, three services for me and the men’s package for my traveling companion. The staff was so inviting and friendly and all services flowed seamlessly. There was no waiting in between, and although at the end they did the sales tactics for products (as most places do so I wasn’t surprised) they weren’t overly aggressive about it. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because the facial I booked wasn’t the one I got. It was still fantastic and it was more of a communication issue when booking, which was a bit confusing and I’m going to take the bulk of the blame for that although I do wish they would have clarified when we first got there. But all in all for the price and service it can’t be beat. Thank you ladies for turning my rainy day in the Bahamas into...

Fantastic experience!! Came in on a cruise ship and wanted to get a massage and spa pedicure. I was looking to support the local Bahamian economy and support the locals. I found this wonderful spa online and it was within walking distance of the port, so I exchanged a couple messages and booked a 90 minute aromatherapy massage, which was outstanding!! She had the right touch and worked out a lot of stress and tension in high stress areas of my body. I also booked a spa pedicure, which I desperately needed. The pedicure followed the massage and I mentioned that I am diabetic so they would take that into account and make sure not to dig in too much. Safety with Covid was something that they strongly supported. A temperature check and hand sanitizing was at the top of their list. Masks have to be worn at all times. Much more reasonable than getting this done on the ship and very skilled technicians...
