The mall is not very big but it surely is pretty good for a neighbourhood shopping centre. Free parking on the street behind the mall and underground on 2 levels. BEWARE of parking on Kingsway, there are restrictions and most times you have to pay for parking there. Save-On-Food is probably the biggest store in the mall, next to Shoppers Drug Mart (with a Canada Post outlet inside), BC Liquor Store, and Starbucks. There is a gym (Club16 Trevor Linden Fitness South Burnaby) that expanded quite a bit in 2016-2017 and membership is less that $20/month. TD Canada Trust branch is at the South West entrance (BMO right across the street). If you want pizza you have to settle for Fresh Slice. There is an independent bakery across from Liquor Store with good sweets. Burger King, Subway, and Munchie are there to, right on Kingsway.

There are a number of other smaller stores as well, a florist, a tea shop, a games shop, etc.

The mall is clean and well maintained even if the parking escalators break down quite often.

If the mall didn't have what you're looking for, the street behind it is where you can find more, like a grocery store with decent fruits and vegetables, a hair stylist, and even a RCMP...

My car was damaged in a hit and run at Highgate Village, and I contacted Bosa after talking to ICBC 2 days after the incident to ask about getting camera footage. I was told they would look into it that week and was subsequently ignored and never received a reply upon following up weeks later. I also went back to the property and found a camera pointed directly where the incident occured and mentioned this to the 2 people I had been put in contact with, so it's not like they would have had to check every camera.

Eventually I called the office again and was told someone would reach out, which they never did. Then that person also stopped responding. Very immature and unprofessional employees.
