Expensive. Busy. Really tough course. All holes close to the same as the last. Ok. So price is expensive for what you get. The course is crazy tough. Long holes with sharp corners. Need to bounce the ball around. Some offer “shortcuts” which is a tight tunnel. Miss and you’re screwed. And since they only allow 5 strokes per, well you’re getting a lot of 5s. Busy. Which is good. But when we got there they asked us to wait, perfect they manage the lineups. Our number came up, off we went. Well about 5 holes in people were everywhere!! Inpatient behind us. Standing on our hole course since there’s no room to move around. So then we were pressured into getting our 5 strokes. Each was similar to the last, no real variety other than the decor. Arcade. 3 games didn’t work. There were buckets collecting rain water everywhere and one course had a wet floor sign. Same price although you had new unforeseen obstacles. Will not go back other than to use up arcade credits.

My family and I attended a private party recently where the entire place was rented out, so my experience may be a little different than others. We all had a great time, especially the kids. The mini golf course is pretty fun, although most of the obstacles include making bank shots or going through some obstacles. The course is very flat with only a couple of obstacles you have to shoot up into. The kids really enjoyed it, along with the characters, some of which moved, and all the black lights. The arcade is alright. The kids enjoyed the video games along with the ones that took some skill. The biggest issue with the arcade is that some of the card scanners were temperamental and didn't always scan properly. The private area off to the back was nice with some tables and chairs, but it was a little small for our large group. I also found it a little warm inside, as did others that were also there.

Had a round of mini golf and while we waited to go on the course decided to play some of the arcade games. Severely disappointed with the state of disrepair as quite a few games were broken and out of service. A few of the games that did work didn't always register shots etc. So didn't score as high and didn't earn as many tickets as we should have. Also the ticket redemption prizes seem to be very high, as a piece of snack sized candy was between 85-175 tickets. After 30 dollars of credits we managed to get 235 tickets. The overall cleanliness of the place is not good either. I would not recommend this place.

This place is a minigolf meat grinder!

I came here for a birthday party with high hopes. My sister had said the one in Calgary gets really crowded, and people feel rushed, but I thought this location would be different.

The long story short is that too many people are sent through at a time, those people aren't policed / trained enough to ensure that they don't impact others, when they do impact others very little is done about it, and the golf course is super cramped and boring! Monster Mini Golf is a waste of time and money and I strongly advise against going!

When we went, things started well, but it became clear that too many people were being pushed through and we would have to wait 3-5min for each hole. This was annoying, but understandable. Families with small kids take a long time and we didn't want to rush them. Staff should put more space between groups, especially if they know small children are involved.

Around hole 3, a very large group came in behind us. All of them, including parents, older kids, and toddlers, kept coming into our play area and knocking balls around. Not only that, but they hit us with balls (hard) a number of times. We repeatedly had to tell them to wait their own turn and get off our course, but inevitably they would return.

Eventually, staff were called and someone had to police the group all along the way. This helped a bit, but we always had to be on guard in case we had to kick them out of our play area again.

Once we finished, I was offered a buy one get one free coupon.

I declined.

I told the staff about our experience, and their response was to apologize, but otherwise ignore any larger problems. The simple fact is that the company has no problem shoveling too many people through at one time and they don't care if you don't have fun.

I later spoke to a manager, trying again to explain our difficulties. Again they apologized, and this time offered some free passes. Again I declined.

It is not the customers job to police other customers. It is incumbent upon staff to provide an organized and enjoyable environment. They apologize, but have no idea why.

The courses are tight and boring. Everything is ridiculous angles, with only 3 or 4 featuring the weird buildings that minigolf usually has, and they just shovel people through!

Give more time between groups. Make sure large groups have proper staff escorting them and know the rules. If a group is disrupting everyone else, maybe tell them to go... And make some more interesting holes!

I won't be back and I caution others to avoid this...

Had a great night at monster mini golf for my daughter’s 9th birthday outing! There was a little bit of a wait but that is to be understood on a Saturday night. During the wait we were able to check out the arcade which was a great way to pass the time. I love the card system they use to collect tickets and pay for games. Super easy to use! During the golf game the attendants spaced people out enough that you weren’t feeling too rushed to complete the course. The black light was awesome. At the end of the course “Dr. Jay” gave us a little magic show at the exit. It was the cherry on the top of a great family outing! He was super sweet to her and the magic was really great! The environment is inviting and everyone was super nice! We will definitely be back there to collect more tickets on our card in the arcade and play another round of golf!! Thank you so much!!

I wish I had taken pictures to share but definitely a place to check out if you get...
