;-) a Big thank's To Montreal Bank For this cultural exhibition initiative and congratulations and for choosing a representative bank teller figure who shows the commitment of all those workers who made it possible for all banks and their branches to become present in their communities.

This is a very instructive museum, with an excellent exhibition, offering information on financial progress throughout Montreal's history.

The exhibition room is not too big, but it's full of sights and history to discover according to your observation and criteria.

This museum is free of charge at all times, and is surrounded by splendid architecture and a highly professional atmosphere.

It exhibits banknotes and valuable coins that have shaped the history of numismatics in Montreal, Canada.

Note : ) it would be nice, if you could add in the future a section in your exhibition, that shows the adding machines ( the Star Adding Machine ) That have been used since the beginning and their evolution in the service of the banks or allow an interaction with these machines of the past , it would be interesting for all the participants, thank you again for...

The Bank of Montreal's Head Office, or Édifice de la Banque de Montréal for those who love a little French flair, is nestled at 119, rue Saint Jacques in the charming Old Montreal neighborhood. You'll find it right across from the stunning Notre-Dame Basilica, making it a lovely spot to visit! Did you know the Bank of Montreal is Canada’s oldest bank, having been founded back in 1817? While it still holds its legal headquarters here, the main operations moved to First Canadian Place in Toronto in 1977, partly due to some political changes in Quebec.

Inside this historic building, there's a delightful little museum showcasing old banknotes and fascinating artifacts from banking history. Best of all, entrance is free, so it’s definitely worth stopping by for a quick look!...
