I had a very unpleasant experience at this store. When I walked in the salesperson stared at me from head to toe and started following me which made me really uncomfortable. I asked to try on a fur coat and the sales associate gave me an attitude and asked if I was really going to buy it. How am I supposed to know without putting it on? I was just off school and was dressed super casually so they probably thought I couldn’t afford it. After I decided not to buy, the salesperson sarcastically asked whyyyy like I decided not to buy because I couldn’t afford it. Bro if you really know materials you would know that my Hermes porosus Kelly 25 could buy more than 50 of your fur coats. The fox fur’s quality is actually incredibly cheap(feels very rough and there’s no sheen to the fur), and the whole experience left a terrible impression.
