I recently had the pleasure of dining at 3 Brasseurs Saint-Paul Brewpub, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that combined the best elements of a brewery and a cozy pub. The beer selection at 3 Brasseurs Saint-Paul is truly impressive. They offer a wide variety of craft brews, each with its own unique flavor profile. Whether you're a fan of hoppy IPAs, rich stouts, or something in between, you're sure to find a brew that suits your taste. The staff was knowledgeable and eager to help me select the perfect beer to accompany my meal. Speaking of the meal, the food at this brewpub is nothing short of outstanding. I tried their signature burger, and it was a delicious masterpiece. The patty was perfectly cooked, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring that I left the restaurant completely satisfied. What truly sets 3 Brasseurs Saint-Paul apart is their commitment to quality. They take pride in brewing their own beer on-site, and it's evident in every sip. The attention to detail extends to their food menu as well, with a diverse range of options that cater to various preferences. The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff who made sure my dining experience was memorable. The brewpub had a vibrant yet relaxed ambiance, making it an ideal place to unwind with friends or enjoy a meal with family.

Very lively and vibrant restaurant/pub perfect for an evening bite! Stopped here on Saturday early night and the place was packed, however the turn over seemed to be relatively quick and we got a place within minutes (without prior reservation). As for the drinks, if you are intrigued by getting a beer cocktail like me, don’t. As lovely as it sounds it simply does not deliver, it's such a weird taste! In my opinion beer just does not belong in cocktails and you'd be better off enjoying one of locally brewed beers. The Cali melt sandwich was super tasty! The combination of caramelized onions, beef patty, and cheese was simply mouthwatering. The bread was fresh and delicious as well. As my first time in Montreal I wanted to try poutine - and the one I had here was not bad at all. I didn’t fancy the cheese on top of it but the fries and gravy was good! Staff was very nice and friendly, unfortunately our waiter was bit distracted, therefore forgetful and quite slow. Nothing majorly bad, but it affected my experience a bit. Overall ambience was great, bit loud and busy, but hey, its a beer pub, therefore expected. Hats down to the menu designer - a very well organized menu with all details needed when selecting wine - for the color coding! Very nice touch. Visited on Saturday, June 2023. Paid by card.

We stopped here for lunch. The place was busy inside and out, so we thought it must be very good, but we were left disappointed. First of all, it took a long time to get someone to seat us, and when they finally did, it took a long time to get our food. This could be forgiven, as I said the place was incredibly busy and everyone seemed to really be hustling, but after waiting so long the food just wasn't very good. I had the mushroom smash burger with aioli and bacon. One of my gripes when having a burger with sauces and such is that they don't often put enough of any of these things on so that you can taste it. There were probably about three bites where you could taste all of the flavors come together and how good the burger should be . Also, the meat did not taste seasoned at all, so it was very plain in flavor. I had a side caesar salad, and while I prefer for my salads to be lightly dressed, I don't think this had any dressing at all! We also tried a dish that had sausage in it called cassoulet, and again, there was not enough flavor and very sausage was bland. There was one highlight of the meal, and that was an appetizer of breaded deep-fried cauliflower called sweet and spicy cauliflower. It was tasty and very light in breading. I would recommend it.

3 Brasseurs Saint-Paul in the heart of Old Montreal is a great micro brewery for craft beers made on premises, excellent wines and delicious food! They offer outdoor dining, but whether you eat in or outside, you need to walk inside to see the industrial vibe atmosphere of the restaurant, massive chandeliers made of beer bottles, large bar and balcony with a second bar and beautiful iron railings. Wait staff was pleasantly friendly, attentive and spoke very good English for those of us that are French language challenged. We had a very early dinner to get ahead of traffic when leaving, so my photos show the building with few people, but I assume the large restaurant fills up during busy hours. Our party of four ordered their Caprice Flatbead Pizza, their 3 specialty Burger with maple bacon on a Gluten Free bun and one ordered their waffle with ice cream on it. Everyone loved what they ordered and we shared with each other...except for the guy (Paul) with the ice cream waffle, he ate his so fast he never offered a taste. Prices were moderate and a good value for the quality. We highly recommend stopping in for great food, service and atmosphere.

The first full restaurant or pub or brewery that experienced in Montreal, and it did not disappoint. The location is great - it is in a busy, tourist-oriented part of Old Montreal - and this brewpub has a small outdoor patio, a large, busy main floor and a big open upper floor that I'm thinking is more for the night crowd. Considering the location and the quality of the food, the prices are pretty good (better than Vancouver!) I have to say that the menu leads to mouthwatering cravings for almost everything, and the food actually comes to you just like the pictures. I was happy with the food and the beer. I did find most things had less bite and punch than what I'm used to in Vancouver, but I was very happy with the taste and especially the texture. The beers went over well. I prefer the IPA's to the ales; the water is different here and I think that comes through in the beer. It isn't bad, by any means, but the bitterness in the lighter, easy drinking IPAs balanced the difference in the water and I really preferred that. It was a good meal and a happy part of a great day.

My husband and I did our second trip to Montreal this year and looked forward to returning to this amazing pub. In 2023 we came upon it by accident while exploring Old Montreal. We ended up returning two times during our trip and enjoyed it both times. Staff were awesome, food was delicious and the beer was honestly the best I have ever had. I love the White and my Husband loved the classic IPA. This year we returned and had a fantastic time. We never felt rushed out and were able to relax and enjoy a few pints and food over several hours. This year we also bought growlers to take home. We also found the prices to be extremely reasonable for both beer and food considering the quality of both. On top of all this, the location has a fantastic vibe and decor. Will always recommend this pub to anyone visiting Montreal!
