When you are a tourist, you think all souvenir shops are the same, right? This place is not just any souvenir shop. For those that know me, I never hand out 5 star reviews. Unless you truly absolutely deserve it, and I receive something from your location I never received before. Normally I’m not one to care about reviewing anything but drinks and food. This place got my five star review.

The owner (Mike) has mastered the art of customer service. How do you distinguish your business from those that sell the same idea ? You sell the experience, and good product. That is what mike has done here. You will never receive the customer service at a souvenir shop like you receive here. We where treated amazingly. He also has quality items. He makes it so you want to stay there long and chat and enjoy your time there. To the point that his shop is basically a place of interest In old Montreal. I had a great time there and you will enjoy yourself too, I promise it. If u want a basic souvenir experience don’t go here. If you want an unforgettable one? Go here . Quality over quantity is exactly what you get. My wife and I truly enjoyed each other. We even had a good laugh when a few hangers got stuck to the hood of her jacket.

I recently shopped Magnets at 'Souvenir Du Quebec' and had a great experience overall. The website is well-designed and easy to navigate, making the shopping process enjoyable. They have a nice collection of souvenirs.

Initially, one of the products I wanted was out of stock, but Mr. Manjeet reached out to me personally. He was very humble and provided a prompt solution with excellent communication throughout. I also appreciated the timely updates on the shipping status of my order.

The website offers good value for buying souvenirs, especially with the option to save on shipping if you're purchasing from Montreal/Quebec I reckon. However, I would suggest they consider providing free shipping for orders exceeding a certain minimum purchase amount, which would make the experience even better.

Can I give them 6 or 7 stars? Seriously, they have a great selection - they're literally wall-to-wall! Plus, they have 2 floors worth of merchandise. One of their great advantages, and a huge gamebreaker are the shopowners - they're the nicest, salt-of-the-earth kind of people that just draw you in. For example, when I was shopping for souvenirs, Mike, the shopowner, wanted to know who I needed stuff for, walked me thru what SDQ has, and made recommendations. He wasn't looking for just a sale, he wanted to make sure that my friends and family would be happy with what I was getting them. That's the kind of care you get with a family business, especially one that's been in the business for decades (5+ decades if I recall correctly).
