Aerosports Oakville charged me for an automatic renewal and would not provide me with a refund. Safe to say I’m never going back here with my son and I suspect a lot of our friends and family after hearing about this will not be going back either. Below are the emails that I sent and the reply that I received. Be very very careful when you are offered a complimentary membership which will auto-renew. I don’t think what they are doing is even lawful. Good thing my spouse is a lawyer as we will likely be going to small claims court to settle this.

“Hello Nitin,

Last year in February 2024 my son had his 10th birthday party at Aerosports

At that time, he was given a complementary membership for one year to Aerosports.

When I viewed my credit card statement today, I saw there was a charge for approximately $170 on my credit card

The email account you have on file is not my email address. I paid for my son’s birthday last year so my credit card information is on file with you.

I would appreciate a refund of the membership fee that was just processed last week as I was not aware that a renewal was going to be processed as I have not been getting any email notifications because you have the wrong email address on file.

My son has been a customer of Aerosports since he was a young boy for several years.

I look forward to you contacting me at the number below soon and advising that you will provide a full refund as I did not agree to this charge on my credit card.

Thank you

Ranjeev”

And here is the reply that I received from Aerosports:

“Dear Ranjeev,

Thank you for reaching out to us and bringing this matter to our attention. After reviewing your file, we can confirm that your membership was renewed on February 11, 2025, for the current year.

We have processed your cancellation request for the 2026 renewal, so your membership will not be automatically renewed for the next year. However, please note that as your membership for this year has already been renewed, we are unable to process a refund for the current booking.

As per our policy, we require a minimum of two months’ notice for cancellations. Unfortunately, we cannot initiate a cancellation request on your behalf without receiving an official request from you. Our records show that we have not received such a request from your side.

For your reference, I’ve attached your booking agreement. Please take a moment to review it.

Your membership will remain valid for this year, and you can continue enjoying the benefits of our discount programs. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate...

We have had previous birthday parties multiple times here and had a lot of fun.. but the recent management seems significantly unfriendly … read the fine prints and details very carefully as there are lots of added costs with the basic package that wasn’t there before and usually is not there for many other party places where I have been to..the party rooms are only available only during last 45 mins out of 2 hrs party time.. which logistically means parents may have to leave in the middle of the 2 hrs kids party to set up cakes and balloons, cannot do it 10 mins prior to the party, we were told given the room is not available we could put fruits / cakes in the fridge. However, when we went we were told no space in the fridge to keep most items. We just had to put them in a cart, the dedicate party host was almost un-available .. she was covering for multiple rooms at the same time.. inly one person for multiple parties going at the same time. each time we asked for help .. she told she was finding someone else, but no one came back, we pretty much had to do it ourselves, if you take the basic package, remember you have to pay 50$ extra to bring any outside food, $4.99 for each pair of socks ( which means almost another $50 for 10 kids), when we added a few extra kids, quantity of pizza remained same as initial. We asked for another pizza ( we were happy to pay for it) .. as what came with the package was a super small size pieces they told it could take another 20 mins to serve (the party room is only available for 45 min.. so if their food is not enough even if you pay cannot get an extra pizza for the kids) … when I asked for party room for a bit longer.. they asked us to upgrade the package or told I have to pay extra $200 room rental. I would do this happily if they had explained all these added costs to basic packages earlier.. but it seemed like they advertised for this basic package with a competitive cost…then bring up those costs with lots of extras and encourage tell...

We had my daughter’s birthday party here today and while the kids had an amazing time and our party host was fantastic, I would not book another birthday party here.

Pros: The party host takes care of everything including set up, clean up, and cutting the cake and the venue provides all the little things down to candles and a knife to cut the cake which makes having a party here pretty easy.

Cons: Unlike other venues that allow you to use the party room for the duration of your party, we were only allowed to use the party room for the last 45 minutes. This venue is not thinking about providing the best experience for the party hosts/guests but instead trying to cram as many birthday parties in as they can. We had refillable pitchers of the drinks we chose, however, we and our guests had to buy our own drinks for the first hour and fifteen minutes that we were there. (As soon as the kids started playing, we felt the need to buy a cold drink because it was warm and humid in the venue.) The time in the party room is rushed. As soon as everyone was in the room, the party host had us all sing happy birthday and then took the cake to start cutting it while we ate pizza. There was no time to get pictures of us with our daughter and the cake. Also, the party host started cleaning up before our time in the party room was over. The website says the party room can accommodate 18-20 people but there was only seating for the eight kids included in the package plus another 6 people, so the rest of us were standing. There was no air conditioning in our party room, so it was warm and humid. I had to send numerous texts and emails in order to get our order of four pizzas correct. The website says they provide basic decoration including balloons and a birthday banner but this was not the case, only “happy birthday” on the chalkboard and a happy birthday table cloth on the table with food and drinks on it. Fortunately, I had planned to bring our...

If I could I could give zero stars I would. I visited Aerosports Trampoline park for the first time on Sunday December 5th 2021 with my family. When we arrived we were suprised to learn that the area where you remove your shoes and leave your belongings was in a foyer right next to the entrance to the facility and out of the line of sight from the check in counter and staff. When we went to check in we were advised that the facility doesn't sell or rent locks and that we could leave our items in a locker. So guests who were not aware that locks are offered are expected to leave personal items in an unmonitored space right next to the entrance of the facility. Makes sense. Next up, at check in no one was checking vaccine certificates. A bit surprising considering businesses are mandated to do so. Lastly and honestly the biggest reason I have rated this place accordingly, the Trampoline area was filthy! I understand your not walking into a freshly cleaned hotel room but the walking pads between the trampolines were covered in spilled drinks such as juice and pop and were sticky. The place had clearly not been cleaned from the night before or the Friday night jam that they offered. Here are pictures. I've been to one other Trampoline park (last week Skyzone in Mississauga) and it was exponentially better. Cleaner, offered locks for rental, checked vaccine certificates. If you're a parent just looking to take your kid for some fun, avoid this place at all costs. Head over to skyzone, and save yourself the headache and infection. In Response To The Owner's Message Below: I have zero connection to your competitor & have no vested interest in "marketing" any business. That point in my review was to add the context that this was only my 2nd time visiting a trampoline park. More so, I was hopeful that you facility would at a minimum match the experience provided by Skyzone as your facility is significantly closer to me. Thnx

Definitely not the place it used to be. I've known this place for a while, being a very clean, safe and funny space for the whole family. The people at front desk were particularly unpleasant, but ah well... the place was great. I've been there on Monday, September, 26th. 1) As usual, the people in charge of the opening were late. 10 minutes wait until the cashiers are in place and we can finally get our bracers to come in. Unfortunately....we're used to it :-) 2) As usual, the guy opening the door didn't even say hi or welcomed us. He opened the door without a look for us and left to pretend he was cleaning somewhere. 2) The place was DISGUSTING. Everywhere. See pictures. Floor certainly not vaccumed for 2 weeks. Debris everywhere on the play areas. Liquids spilled on play areas. A bunch of chips under the couches. Old bandaids on the floor. Toilets horrible. Snack area dirty and messy. 3) the guy who pretended to clean the chips under one of the couches, left after 45' of "work", taking with him bottles of water coming from the stock..... 6 persons, 160$, for 1h of .... that ?! I didn't have fun at all. I just tried to find an almost clean place to seat and wait for my kids to be done. And the air was so full of dust and dust mites, that I coughed for 1h after leaving. Awesome ! NEVER AGAIN.

Did you actually check the video—with audio? Because when I told your staff that his attitude made my child feel uncomfortable, he didn’t apologize—he said, “DON'T COME AGAIN!.” If that part is missing from your “review,” then either you didn’t watch properly, or you’re not telling the truth. Which is it? What’s more frustrating is that instead of acknowledging how disrespectful your staff was from the start, your response focuses on defending him. Respect goes both ways. Before asking customers to treat your team with respect, did you show any to us? By telling your customer DON'T COME AGAIN? We came in with clean, non-slip socks to keep my child safe. Your socks caused redness and itching before, so I made a responsible choice as a parent. This was our third visit after buying a monthly pass, and the first time I was told only your branded socks are accepted. If this is such an important policy, why wasn’t it made clear from the beginning? Saying we “weren’t asked to leave” completely ignores how we were actually treated. Being told we can’t play, then hearing “don’t come again,” sent a very clear message: we weren’t welcome. This wasn’t just a misunderstanding—it was poor communication, lack of empathy, and clear disrespect. And a 3-year-old paid the emotional price for it.
