I didn't return to let them make it right because it either would need to be done completely over and I didn't trust them to grind the acrylic and if they did such a bad job the 1st time it might get worse. 1st they tried to do my acrylic French & full pedi at the same time - I declined because I had booked enough time for both. The leg massage portion had zero technique just her hands going around and around and around. I needed to ask to use the massage chair because it wasn't suggested, the other pedi customers observed me and asked if they could too. I use reader glasses for detail and had forgotten them in the truck - big mistake! when I left and got out in the sun I could see my big toenail was but crooked and there was paint on the skin in the end of my toes and sides and not just a little. I went back in and they hurriedly wiped it off but also wiped the nail polish off the ends of my toes. There was no correcting the obviously crooked nail because it was now too short. The worst part was the disaster of a job they did on the nails and French paint. They looked like a elementary school kids clay formed project - they were thick thick thick - I've never had such ugly looking nails and once I got them off I could see they had hard buffed my natural nail so much they were really shredded growing out :( instead of going clear they went old school beige with white tips - yup lesson learned for me to be specific - I've never had anyone ever do that and didn't expect they would. Their technique of applying white freehand left strings of messy whit under the tips. My girl friends actually laughed at how terrible they looked. I tried hiding them and not saying anything but it was so obviously a terrible job. My bad that I don't have pics. I'm posting after the fact. ...

My wife and daughter have been here on 2 separate occasions in the past 3 months. First my wife a few months back. She treated herself to a nail day with our eldest daughter, it was supposed to be a fun girls day out. Well, my wife's nails looked like they were done by a child. When she reached out to share her concern, there was no apology or attempt to make rhe situation right.
Recently our middle daughter decided to treat herself as she works hard for her age. She went in, showed a picture of what she would like, and had her nails done. Once finished, she was devastated. Poor quality and looked nothing like the example she provided, (if they couldn't replicate, they should have stated). She was soo upset, in tears. When she reached out to see if they could fix, they offered to paint a solid color and then charge her for doing so. Charge a person twice for something she didn't ask for? Unacceptable.
The amazing women of my household work dang hard and deserve better. At least have some empathy and make...
Read moreI walked in out of the blue, having never had a pedicure before! They were able to take me in immediately, and the lovely lady, Hayley, provided my service. I wasn’t sure what to expect exactly, but my expectations were exceeded! The space was bright, clean, comfortable and calming. I had an injury to my left leg that Hayley worked with, I didn’t know a pedicure could/would also come with a lower leg exfoliation and massage which was a part of the service I asked for (I was not paying enough attention!) Anyhow, I would absolutely recommend this place! And ask for Hayley if you can :) she made me feel comfortable, relaxed, had excellent communication and skills. I’m sure she’s not the only one, but she left an impression on me. I will 100% be going back, and next time bringing my daughter for a kids pedicure along with me! Also, there was a handsome young helper in the shop, he served me after my treatment and took my payment; he was kind, polite and clear when ringing me up. Excellent and highly...
