THIS PLACE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

We ordered our sofa bed (3 weeks before our move in date) from this place and they gave us a deal and told us that we would get our item on March 1. Come March 1, no item delivered, we had to call them to make sure. They said there was no driver and they would deliver the next day.

March 2, we got a call that our items were arriving so we cleaned up and yes, we got our dining and our sofa bed still in a box. The delivery guy opened the box for the dining to show us if it's the right colour but never opened the sofa box. We trusted them since the sales man we talked to named Bob assured us that we'd get the right items.

On the day that we bought this sofa bed, we asked Bob if we could take a picture since we paid for it in full. He said yes, which means we have a picture of the item we bought.

When we opened the sofa bed, it was a totally different colour and had silver studs on the side. We called to notify that this was not the item we bought. This guy Jerry said that couch only had one colour. So they lied to us about the availability of the colour. They said they would call and fix but we never received a call. They would dodge us if we call them. They even had the audacity to say, it's the same couch but just a darker colour. We chose a specific colour because we had a colour theme in our living room. I called March 10 to follow up and they dodged us again. I even asked for a refund but they said they cannot give it back because they gave us a good deal. Yes they gave us a good deal but they did not give us the correct item!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!! THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!!!!

Just bought an accent chair for $500. After getting it delivered I am unhappy with the appearance of my room. First it makes my room look so undressy. Looks more like a waiting room chair than a cozy looking chair to brighten my small apartment. Only reason of getting rid of other chair was the upholstery was looking old. My support worker doesn't like it. She gave me a heads up. Make sure the salesman writes on your receipt, RETURNABLE WITHIN 30 DAYS. I looked and saw the receipt says ALL SALES FINAL. This just broke my heart. I also came and left by TTC WHEEL TRANS BUS..Drivers had to assist me in getting my walker up the high steps. Same with my return ride. I was in shock when the lazy owner and his salesman never offered to open the door for me. I will not be returning. I only went to look for bedside tables really. A poor selection. I was advised by my brother to make sure the furniture store is wheel chair accessible from outside. So I know now not to return there. I was most upset when there are hundreds of signs throughout the store stating NO PICTURE TAKING ALLOWED. This is my other reason for not wanting to return to this store. Also I have 1.5 hours to wait before my return TTC WHEEL TRANS BUS. Due to steps I am isolated in going to other furniture stores on Kennedy Ave. Just upset with myself for rushing and the dishonesty of the store owner when I phoned. SAYING WE HAVE MANY CHOICES OF BEDSIDE TABLES. Which is why I went there to begin with. SO MUCH DISHONESTY AMONG FURNITURE SALESMEN. ESPECIALLY WHEN A HANDICAPPED LADY GOES ALL ALONE. AND HE SEES I CAN'T GO TO ANOTHER STORE NEXT DOOR TO LOOK THAT DAY. THEY ARE ONLY CONCERNED ABOUT THEIR MONEY. NOT A SATISFIED CUSTOMER. WHICH WE KNOW IS THE BEST...

Decided to take a stroll down Kennedy Rd. Looking for a sofa. Sam their sales associate approached us asking what we were looking for. This is when things started to go south. We were interested in a three seater sofa sectional with a lounge. He offered us that sofa in a different colour with two throw pillows, three seater and lounge for $1600 taxes and delivery included. We only had to pay a $400 deposit and we would see the sofa in 2 weeks. This is where all the promises ended and reality set in. LIARS, SCAMMERS, OVER PROMISED AND UNDER DELIVERED. After calling multiple times in week three we got no answer. We decided to go pay them a visit in person, as the lack of communication started. We wanted answers. We were told one more week. When the couch was delivered four weeks after purchase, it was short one seat and the throw pillows we were promised. When I called to inquire they did not answer again. Trip three back there. Sam completely disregarded the throw pillows and tried to put the blame on us. Taking no accountability for their mistake. After arguing with him for 10 minutes he took ownership (Sam) said he would contact the manufacturer and the owner to see what he could do. We gave him a couple days and after ringing their phone off the hook, he finally called us back. His solution for their mistake was we were to pay him another $200 for our missing piece of couch, still nothing about throw pillows that we were promised. Unimaginable how this is ending.
