I was actually about to recycle my receipt when the gentleman mentioned the warranty and kindly urged me not to toss it. He also helped me with my ailing Swatch watch. Although Swatch offers free lifetime battery replacements, I was going through a new one every few months and knew there had to be a problem with the watch. Worst shop, broke the light illumination of my watch. I went there for battery replacement for my timex scout expedition watch he changed the battery after that the light illumination is not working just working very dim, I went back again he didn’t checked it and said timex watches are not good and said the light is fused how it can fuse in a 1 year old watch, clearly it shows he put a old dying battery in it.
