I hardly ever write any Google Reviews but I feel the need to write one for Dr. Park this time because of her exceptional service. She is very organized in her appointment schedule so you'll get served the moment you arrive. Her salon is very clean and tidy which also has a locker to put your stuff in with a complete peace of mind. She is also the only person that works there so you'll get her attention the whole time. I had a hair cut and Japanese straightening service there and she did it very nicely. At first it didn't look the way I really wanted so she said I could come back another time and get it fixed, free of charge of course. I came back 1 week later and she spent another 2 hours fixing my hair and it turned out perfect. That really impressed me as normally the hairdresser wouldn't care once you left the salon. As a curly girl, I know the struggles of finding a good hairdresser. My husband has been going to Dr. Park for a while now and he has had a good haircut every time. I decided to give it a try. I showed Dr. Park a video of the shape I wanted and she gave me exactly that. I really like my cut! It looks youthful and fresh. It frames my face well and it is playful and cute! I am also happy to be able to get rid of all the dead ends and the balayage from 2 years ago which I was starting to get annoyed with. I finally found a hairstylist who knows how to work with my hair and face shape! Right away, she knew the best ways to reduce the thickness of my hair (ex. layers) and how to cut side bags for me so that it best complements my face shape. Also, when I wash my hair the next day or two, my hair isn't wonky looking because the amount of layers done is proportionate to the weight of my hair.

Her services are very affordable and I always drive from Richmond to Chinatown just to get a haircut from her. I highly recommend her!
