Gap Factory — Attraction in Vaughan

This star rating is for Ishita (apologies incase ur name is misspelt). My mom picked a denim which was on sale, for my 9 years old neice. Cashout time, the price came up higher (tho it was still reasonable) than the displayed one. I told Ishita and she quickly came out from the cash register for confirmation of the displayed price. During this time her co-worker (girl) beside her who was cashing out another customer, called out her name. It was a reflex action to turn and check who is calling out to her. I saw the young female co-worker of hers’, eyes closed and shaking her head from left to right, indicating not to go. But Ishita went and returned sharing with her politely - “there is indeed a rack of denim with a much lesser price displayed.” To the management, you need people like Ishita. Coz the other girl made me feel like am lying, not moving an inch to confirm, standing there like a statue and sharing with Ishita the insight with confidence that the denim cannot be such lowered price. For a moment I thought my mom picked up the wrong item. My mom confirmed there is not one denim but lots. I wish you a bright...

The layout of the store is well organized except could be more spacious for strollers. A lot of families shop here and majority of them have strollers.

Their change rooms need to be cleaned more often as there are a lot of dust balls in the stalls.
