My first time at the clinic I had bleeding and terrible bruising on my face from an injection. I decided to give the clinic a second chance and I was not impressed and told them I would never return. An appointment was made for a consultation to discuss tightening the skin on my neck. It was discussed that botox would help with some issues. I already had an appointment set up for the following week for a follow-up on previous work done. They booked a second appointment back to back so I could have the follow-up and neck appointment on the same day. I arrived and they had no record of a second booked appointment, no record of what the consultation was about and no record of my $50 consultation fee which was to be applied to my next appointment. The consultant had suggested botox for my neck and the injector suggested something else. They couldn't fit me in for the neck appointment and I was so frustrated I left without having anything done or the follow-up. That was two Monday appointments in a row that were a waste of my time. The injectors only work certain days so you have to book your follow-up according to their schedule. Also, I have been to clinics in Calgary and Kelowna and had injections many times and none of these clinics have requested a follow-up. Vernon needs more...

I went in for a simple Botox treatment and ended up with a HUGE black eye for 4 weeks!! My treatment was NOT done by an RN or Doctor ... I sent the salon pictures of my black eye a few days after my treatment. and after six weeks of not hearing anything from the owner , I followed up again and finally received an email response from Lori Anderson. I requested to have my money refunded as I had pre-purchased several treatments, had gift cards, and no longer felt comfortable receiving services here. She eventually said she would refund me (excluding the gift cards and only offered a partial refund on a prepaid service IPL package, along with some additional admin fees she would be charging me) , but only if I signed a document stating I would not share this story with anyone. I felt it was more important to warn others than to fight with her over giving me my money back. My biggest disappointment is with Lori's insensitive, cold, and unapologetic responses to my terrible experience; in addition to being physically injured at her salon, I felt unheard and disrespected the entire time I was trying to move on from this situation. 9/12/23 - saw dr. sharon today, had a really good chat with her, i heard her and she heard me, thank you dr. sharon. will see her again in the early new year to address marissa's flop job. in the meantime have to suffer with migraines. oh well, you live and you learn. people, only have doctors do the injecting. dr. sharon was kind enough to give me complimentary upper lip injections to get rid of my pucker mouth that marissa failed to do. p.s. i really like marissa.

this was my go to place for years, not any longer. dr. dargie moved on to his new clinic and this lpn replacement cannot even come close to where dr. d left off. had b-tox in my forehead and lip enhancements done by her. the b-tox missed the point, I then made a backup appt for her to address what she missed, well, she was ill on my follow up appt date and asked the front desk if her corrections would be complimentary. was told they didn't know and would have to take it up with Marissa.
