Novotel Santiago Las Condes — Attraction in Las Condes

We stayed here for three nights in July 2025. In terms of location, it's about 20-25 minutes from the airport. The hotel is located in a business area of the city with office buildings and some residential apartments. There are not all that many restaurants or shops in the streets around. However, about a 10-minute walk across the park is a huge shopping centre with a food court (McDonalds etc) as well as plenty of good restaurants. ||The room was fine with the usual amenities, although we could hear noise from the room beside ours. It seems as if the wall was perhaps a bit thin.||The buffet breakfast was disappointing. It had all the usual cold items, but the hot selection was not extensive. The buffet was the same every day and was not all that tasty. The hotel lacks a nice area to sit to have a drink. The bar is part of the restaurant where breakfast is served, so the atmosphere there was not all that cosy.||We have stayed at many Novotel hotels around the world and there is nothing wrong with this hotel. The hospitality of Novotel Las Condes is unmatched in Santiago!

Out of the 50+ events that I've hosted in Chile, this was by far the smoothest and most professional because of the Novotel team.

Vanessa coordinated everything: the layout, food service, staff, and drinks. It was seamless and executed with precision. Ricardo, Jazmin, and Myriam were helpful, patient, and kind. Ricardo really went above and beyond to help guests feel comfortable by speaking with them in Spanish and English.

We were complimented on the food variety and flavor multiple times. The space was stunning, spacious, stylish, and impeccably clean.

My overall experience was very bad. This is actually the worst Novotel hotel I have ever stayed. The room service was terrible, I had problems with the line to call them for my order. Then, they got wrong the water I wanted and the food quality was very poor. Then, breakfast. A nightmare! They did not have enough staff, the tables were left with the stuff from other guests without someone taking proper care and clean the tables so other guests can use them. No cups for coffee and paper cups for orange juice? I am sorry but this is not a Safari in the jungle. Then, at check out, they did not have envelopes for my bill.
