OMG STAY HERE!!!!!!
This property is the ONE when staying in Santiago, Chile!!! With it's Young, Energetic, Positive & Attentive staff, it was a PLEASURE to be at this propeety
Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the Marriott Santiago, across the street. The Marriott was a total disappoinment. The chambres are CENTURY's old....but in a good way, service is horrible, bar seats & chairs were literally tatered & fabric coming apart. Personnel are EXTREMELY RUDE, Inattentive & Mngt is no where to be found ....Hence, the reason I went across the steeet to checkout the Courtyard.
It's like the Dark Age (Marriott Santiago) and the 23rd Century!!!!
When I explained my disappoint w/Marriott....and I'm a,Titanium member....Angel & Enrique IMMEDIATELY showed me a suite at the Courtyard & a personal tour of the property! Blew me away!!! and they DIDN'T know I was a Titanium member.
I was so impressed with the Cleaniness, RoofTop pool, Bar/Restaurant patio...also Roodtop below the pool, Attentiveness, SMILES from every1 working there......that i IMMEDIATELY booked a suite for my next visit in March 2021.
The Marriott has put my Partner thru HELL & would not him check into the room because I was not present...dispate my Partner's name being on the reservation & a credit card on-file.
At the Courtyard, the NEXT day, Francisca contacted me and assured me NITHING like the horringing event would hspoen to my partner upon his arrival....He always arrivals before me.....she updated the reservation wirh herself as the Point-of-Contact. Send me a form to complete & the matter was setteled. PROFESSIONALS!!!!!! at the Courtyard, not incompetency like the Marriott Santiago, Chile.
The lobby is on the 7th Floor of a Shopping centre that the property is enclosed within. It's like your own personal WELCOMING committee every single time you walk out the lift. 🤣
Bruno, Patrizia and Robinso took care of us each morning for Breakfast. When I noticed Robinso has,a FRESH haircut, I asked him about iz. This guy called jus Barber...at Breakfast...set up 2 appointments & gave us directions....THAT IS WAY ABOVE & BEYOND!!!! Guess me & my Partner looked pretty schruffy......hehehehe....

I forgot my Partner's Birthday....or at least forgot 2 plan anything.......😳 on our last day.....
Melina came to the rescue!!! I asked if the restaurant Chef do do ANYTHING fir me. OMG, he made a quick small cake & decorated it....Totally saved my A**!!!!! Besides thst, he prepared a Perfwct piece of Lachs, fried to perfection! My Partner had a Tenderloin that he described as DELIC!
I travel 300 days a year & can truthfully tell you that THIS PROPRRTY made a Permanent Impression when in Santiago, Chile.

It’s clear that he is dedicated to creating a comfortable and professional environment for all who stay at the hotel.||The Front Desk team deserves a special mention as well. Mr. Jesus Caldera, the Front Desk Manager, along with Assistant Manager Mr. Angel, were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Their professionalism was evident in every interaction, and it’s clear that they, along with the entire Front Desk staff, prioritize guests’ needs and satisfaction above all else.||I would also like to thank your security team, especially Mr. Max, for providing a sense of safety and peace of mind throughout my stay. It’s truly reassuring to know that guests are well cared for, both inside and outside of the hotel.||The culinary team also deserves recognition. I want to specifically thank Chef Carlos for always ensuring that my dietary needs were met and for preparing such wonderful meals, particularly the exceptional breakfasts. The effort your team puts into each dish is clear and much appreciated.||Additionally, I would like to express my thanks to the Housekeeping team, especially those who serve the 11th floor. I know that housekeeping often goes unnoticed by guests, but their hard work and attention to detail did not escape my notice. Their efforts contributed immensely to the comfort and cleanliness of my stay.||Lastly, I was deeply touched by the kind notes written by the entire team.
