In Chongqing, one of the best ways to enjoy the stunning night views along the riverbanks is the King Queen River Cruise. The route showcases beautifully lit historical buildings and the vibrant modern cityscape on both sides of the Yangtze, with the cool river breeze adding to the experience.

We opted for the VIP area, which is more expensive, but it was worth it since the regular seating was already fully occupied by the time we boarded. The VIP section had comfortable seats and included simple fruit and drinks, making the cruise more enjoyable and relaxing. If you want regular seating, it’s best to arrive early.
