I was definitely impressed when my friend and I wandered onto the Tamar Park adjacent the convention centre. Albeit there was some rain, the design and layout of the park and promenade was very modern and progressive. As a HK resident, this really does give me quite a bit of confidence in the administration for developing some very world class open spaces that are available to the public.
