Great value and location, rooms were up to standard, clean, and quite comfortable, to be honest.
As for the service, I had a very bad experience, therefore reducing it to 2 stars for this segment.
The front desk represents the face of the hotel, and they did not represent the hotel well. After I made my booking, I received an email saying my credit card was rejected because it didn't match my passport name and asked me to supplement a credit card that reflects my passport name. A hotel that is interacting with international guests should know that whatever regulations regarding the issuance of credit cards in HK may not be the same as a foreigner's home country. I even called the hotel to confirm my intention that I clearly wanted to stay there, and the hotel said to let them know of the timing I will arrive at the place if I am late, they will cancel the booking.
Upon arrival at the hotel, I was asked for a deposit, and I provided the same credit card for the deposit and was rejected again.. I am already at the hotel, showing that I am a true customer, and they still chose to reject that same credit card for the same reasons. This policy is ridiculous and humilating outright. Thankfully, I had a second card that at least reflected my surname, which is acceptable according to their policy, or my 1000HKD cash would have been stuck with them until the end of my trip!
For this reason, I will not be back unless they do something about their policy and the service they are reflecting towards guests!
Please be mindful of this policy before booking this hotel and save yourself from inconveniences such as the...

I was traveling alone and booked a Premier Earth Double Room (double bed). The hotel upgraded me to a Premier Earth Family Room. I ended up with a double bed and a single bed. I slept on the single bed. The blackout curtains made the room totally pitch dark for a great sleeping experience. The strong water pressure and nice hot water made showering great.
