mixian sense — Restaurant in Hong Kong Island

I have been to this place many times, mostly during lunch hours when it is the busiest. I mean waiting in line is fine, but the space is so packed and small, so do expect so pushing and bumping when in line. During lunch hours, if you have a big party, do expect extra waiting time, or your party has to sit separately. And if you buy takeaway, do expect mess and long waiting time and a lot of people surrounding the cashier. I would say service is acceptable only when the waiters/waitresses are in good mood. Just like today, I cannot believe how rude the waiter’s attitude was! His attitude was worse than a waiter at a Cha Chaan Teng! There is no respect to customers. I am very disappointed with the service....

It tasted pretty good but their customer service was so bad. Toward the end of our meal they were trying to get our food and drinks when we weren’t done with them. I understand that there’s a lot of people lining up but we weren’t even there for 30 mins. When went to the cashier to pay, the staff was rudely rushing me and my friend to pay. She was tapping on the card reader indicating us to hurry and tap the card and there wasn’t even anyone who was waiting to pay. It was such a bad experience :( I was thinking of coming back to try other stuff on the menu but I don’t think I would want to come back. So disappointed and it was my first time...

Wow one word. It was so delicious and good amazing food. We had 3 dishes. Veggie soup with noodles, and 2 dishes of pork meat soup with noodles and pork chops in another bowl. We ordered also 3 fabulous drinks of tea. 190 HKD. AMAZING PLACE. Highly Recommended. This restuarant is inside a shopping mall so they have outside the restaurant the WC of the mall. Accessible for wheelchair. Very good food . Go and eat...
