Our recent stay at JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong was nothing short of extraordinary — every detail, every moment, and every interaction left us deeply impressed and emotionally touched. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with unparalleled warmth and professionalism by Hendrick, Katherine,Shavon, and Ming. Their attentiveness, sincerity, and heartfelt care immediately made us feel like we had come home. Not only did they make us feel welcomed, they also went above and beyond to upgrade our room, which truly made our stay extra special. Their dedication and personal touch set a gold standard for luxury hospitality. One of the biggest highlights of our stay was the dining experience at the Executive Lounge and Flint, which are located in the same beautifully designed space. Whether enjoying afternoon tea, evening cocktails, or a full dinner, the atmosphere was consistently elegant and relaxing. The food was absolutely phenomenal — every dish bursting with flavor, beautifully plated, and prepared with care. As in-house guests, we were delighted to enjoy a 35% discount, which made the culinary experience even more enjoyable. We owe a huge thank you to Sophia, Erick,Adam,Marco, and Echo, who turned every meal into a masterclass in service. Their professionalism, knowledge, and warm attitude created a dining experience that was not just satisfying — it was unforgettable. Their ability to anticipate needs, engage with guests genuinely, and maintain such high standards is truly world-class. If there's one area for improvement, it would be the in-room facilities, particularly the bathroom, which feels slightly outdated compared to the rest of the hotel’s luxury offerings. A thoughtful renovation would bring the experience to absolute perfection. To the entire team at JW Marriott Hong Kong — thank you for creating a stay filled with joy, comfort, and genuine connection. You didn’t just give us a place to sleep; you gave us a place to feel cared for. We are already looking forward to returning, and recommending this hotel to everyone we know. This is not just hospitality — this is heartfelt excellence.

The JW Marriott Hong Kong offers a convenient location in the heart of the Central district, situated above a luxury shopping mall and directly connected to the Admiralty MTR station. This prime positioning makes travel around the city especially easy, as four different MTR lines converge at Admiralty, providing direct routes to key locations. The hotel exudes a classic, grand atmosphere, though some areas show a bit of age. The lobby is compact, as is the registration area, which may feel smaller compared to other luxury properties. I stayed in a room on the top floor, boasting a stunning view of the cityscape. However, I noticed that there are additional floors above, likely part of another hotel or building extension, which was a bit surprising. The room itself was comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with aluminum-canned water instead of plastic bottles, a nice touch for sustainability. Due to the older building structure, the ceiling height is relatively low, which may be worth considering if you prefer rooms with a more spacious vertical feel. Amenities at the JW Marriott are generally solid, though the gym, located in the basement, is average. It has basic equipment that meets general fitness needs but might feel limited for those looking for a broader selection. One standout feature is the executive lounge breakfast, which offers a diverse range of options. Guests can enjoy local dim sum, traditional Hong Kong beverages, and an array of fresh pastries. The variety and quality make the lounge breakfast a memorable experience and a nice way to start the day. Overall, while the JW Marriott Hong Kong shows a touch of its age, it offers a premium location, excellent service, and a comfortable stay with some unique touches, making it a good choice for travelers wanting a central location and traditional luxury.

We spent two nights at the JW Marriot with rooms on the 22nd floor. The Christmas decor is festive and classy. The service at the hotel is amazing. As soon as we came out of the taxi in front of the hotel entrance, the hotel staff brought our luggage into the lobby and delivered them to our rooms. There is someone always opening the door for you. Even at the pool, a staff is ready to hand you towels right when you step out of the heated pool. The pool is surrounded by skyscrapers and mountains. The view is just so unique and hard to describe, and is one of my favorite hotel pools and jacuzzis. We had the pool and jacuzzi all to ourselves. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom very spacious. Our room had a panoramic city view of both the harbour and mountains. The location of the hotel is right above the Pacific Palace and Admiralty metro station, making it super convenient to get to Tsim Tsa Tsui and Central with just one metro stop! You just take the hotel elevator down to the lowest floor. There is no need to even step out of the hotel! We enjoyed the breakfast at the executive lounge. There was different dim sum each day, and plenty of western and Asian pastries, and Chinese food. The afternoon tea is bit underwhelming though. Our cousin also treated us to a nice meal at the Man Ho Michelin restaurant inside the hotel, located just one floor below the hotel lobby. We could easily walk to Wan Chai in 10-15 minutes to eat the HK’s roasted meats for dinner. We took the metro to one stop to Central and rode on the world’s longest outdoor escalator. We also took the metro one stop to Exhibition and rode the Star ferry across the water to Tsim Tsa Tsui. We caught the sunset on the ferry! We had such a nice experience and would highly recommend this hotel!

I could not be more conflicted on a stay. Overall the experience was not good, however the location is nice and we had a good interaction with a staff member in their lounge bar one night, and he was wonderful. Other than that I would not stay here again. I mean never in a million years. The staff seem to be very concentrated on locals that are influential. Let me explain. First as a Platinum member I was told I could not have free breakfast at the main buffet at check in. I did not qualify was the quote. That breakfast is apparently extraordinary. So much for free breakfast as a platinum member.. But I could have breakfast in what they call a lounge. The breakfast there was simply not up to what you expect at a JW, and service was nonexistent. At least for me… A local comes in and 6 people run to their every need, that’s because there eating in the restaurant, which is their lounge. For all intents and purposes they do not have a Club Lounge. They have a restaurant catering to locals in the space they claim as a lounge. The lounge is the hallway to the restaurant, with about 8 seats, people passing you constantly. Nowhere to work, as there aren’t tables you can work from. Basically, they have turned the club lounge into a restaurant, but still claim it’s a lounge. It went down to the “lounge” at around 11am the first morning, and I was literally kicked out and told I could not work in the lounge, because it’s a restaurant. I was under no uncertain terms kicked out, and asked to use my laptop in the hallway to the restaurant (I.e. the club lounge) Keep in mind, we are in the center of the business district, and I booked my stay here intending to work each day. They don’t have a business center and I was told I could not use my laptop in the main lounge either. Personally it felt like discrimination, as local business people were in the restaurant which they call a lounge using their laptops and having virtual meetings. They let one Chinese businessman into the restaurant right after that, allowing him to work. But only after he lost his head completely and told the staff they were discriminating him because he was Chinese. They were. No question. That’s basically all the staff does. It went on like this for four nights. I was told if I want to work go to my room. That is a quote. My advise, if your not a local businessman and you want to get some work done in the Hong Kong business district, don’t stay here. They hate you, and don’t want your business. That was made quite obvious over and over. Also, if you’re a Platinum or above don’t stay here. You won’t get your perks. Your breakfast will be lousy. The service will be offensive at every turn. And they don’t have a club lounge, depute the claim they do. And as I mentioned, they offer you no place to simply work on a laptop or have a meeting. Because they don’t care…But the worst is the backhanded service. Stayed at many JW Marriotts. And this simply doesn’t live up to your expectations or even approach them. To top it off I asked for a taxi when we left, but they refused to order me one. I just had to sit in a taxi line, and waited for 45 minutes until I finally said I will miss my ferry, and one of the attendants whipped out his phone and order a taxi. I had to pay him direct. Why is it so hard to order a taxi? Not sure if that’s their policy not to order taxis for guests, or it was another form of the management discrimination. Either way, this place fails at every turn. I really wanted to like this place, but the management and the way things are handled made it impossible. If you’re platinum or above and doing business in Hong Kong don’t stay here under any...

Our 2025 family trip to HK consisted of 11 people, 4 families. We chose to stay at JW Marriott again because of the outstanding service we experienced during our visit in May 2023, specifically because Ice Chiu in Guest Relations treated us with genuine care and compassion. In 2023, she worked creatively to find a suitable solution for my Dad who is very sensitive to noise. It was so valuable and nice to meet her in person. My dad, of course, remembered her efforts as one of the highlights of that trip.||As a result of this great guest experience, I reached out to JW Marriott again days prior to our recent trip. We hoped to connect with Ice again and were so happy that she contacted us directly. She remembered my family and this time, she made an effort to coordinate all of our rooms on the same floor and made sure to recreate the accommodations that my Mom and Dad enjoyed in 2023. She personalized our stay and took great care of us. We would happy come to JW again or wherever Ice is working in the future because she is a gem and cares so much about the traveler's experience.||We enjoyed the JW marriott breakfast immensely. It great value for a big group because this buffet has variety. Some of the people, both adults and teenagers in our party have food allergies and intolerances and it was easy to navigate this. The staff was also very attentive. Two notable people were Hoda, who remembered each morning that my mom enjoyed decaf coffee and brought her one without my mom asking. We also had great service from Michael and from Rick, two managers in the dining room. ||The other features of this hotel is the pool on the 7th floor. My women in my group went swimming daily and enjoyed the view. Beautiful architecture and gardens surround the pool. This is not as great as a pool overlooking a cliff with an infinity wall, but it was satisfactory and we were grateful for this. The location of the hotel directly above a mall with a direct connection to the MTR was very convenient for our multigenerational group. We took nightly walks in the mall when it was warm outside and from the MTR we were able to access various parts of the city. ||The beds were comfortable and the room layouts were very spacious. My mom and dad were well taken care of by the room staff, plenty of canned water and a regular turndown each night felt luxurious. ||Thanks for helping us make great memories in HK.|We...

We have a pleasant stays during in JW Marriott. The room was quite comfortable, the facilities in room were in good condition and easy to use e.g the switch of the windows curtain. Although the toilet was not renew yet, the facilities of the toilet was still good to use and comfort. However, the 4 pillows were too soft that affected our sleep quality. If there provide more different types of pillows e.g firm will be better.

On the other hand, the food & beverage quality were really good such as Fish Bar, Dolce 88, In Room dining and The Lounge.

In Fish Bar, the environment were really comfortable than we expected. Although there were no air conditioner, there were really comfortable and good mood. The food in Fish Bar were really fresh and cook very tasty specially the mussels and toothfish. We hope that could maintain the food quality and we are excited to try it again next time.

In Dolce88, the cake and the drinks were very delicious specially the tiramisu and the white chocolate drinks.

In room dining, the food quality was better than we expected. We requested the breakfast with room service before the night, the breakfast was came on time and the food were still hot. The Dim Sum were also tasty.

In The Lounge, the tea buffet were really good. The environment were really comfortable and relaxing. There were also many choices of tea buffet. The food quality were also very good. The sashimi were fresh. The noodles bar were very good. The noodles were cook well. There were a little bit disappointed in noodles bar was that the soup of Laksa ran out so soon and had not fill it again. We hope we could taste it next time. Moreover, there were many choices in dessert including soft yogurt, Häagen Dazs, homemade cake and tarts. These homemade cakes and tarts were also delicious specially cheese cake, Tiramisu, Portuguese Egg Tart. The staff were friendly and help us to clean our table frequently. We were excited to come to try again next time.

In the gym room, the facilities were new and good to use. The staff in gym room were friendly and teach us how to use those facilities.

Kelly who is the staff in front desk were quite friendly and helpful. She helped me to check the remaining credit to use and print it out for me. We were appreciate to her.

We were really enjoy our stays and we excited for our next stays...
