Kowloon Public Pier No.4 — Attraction in Hong Kong

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE – I was SCAMMED by a female staff member named “LILI” from this pier (NO.4) company.

I purchased a last-minute ticket around 11PM from LILI, who claimed there was still one cruise available at Pier No.3, since the one at Pier No.4 had already departed. When I arrived at Pier 3, i waited for about 20mins as there was a technical issue. Fortunately, the manager there, Ms. Lau, refunded all customers in full (100HKD) .

However, I discovered that LILI had charged me an EXTRA 80 HKD on top of the regular ticket price. Ms. Lau tried to call her on my behalf, but LILI RUFUSED to answer and completely DISAPPEARED. She GHOSTED me without any explanation.

This happened on my birthday night — I went alone because my friend was unwell and needed rest. What should’ve been a peaceful solo trip turned into a deeply FRUSTRATING and HUMILIATING experience. And because of all this, I had no choice but to walk back to my hotel alone in 1 AM. It was tiring , dark, and completely avoidable.

This company’s conduct is not just unprofessional – it’s DISGRACEFUL. I feel ashamed that such unethical behavior is happening at a public pier, and I seriously doubt I’m the only victim. This review is to speak up, not just for myself, but for anyone else who may be mistreated the same way.
