Oriental 188 Shopping Centre — Attraction in Hong Kong

😡😡😡 I recently broke my Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G screen and I went to this shop to replace the screen and I paid approximately 1,900 HK$ including guarantee. 2 days after the replacement I saw a significant crack on the top of the screen and the phone didn't fell and no significant impact. I went back to the shop and they mentioned that the guarantee doesn't work if there is no screen protection. Of course, they never mentioned this information before... They also don't want to replace the screen again as they say that the phone can still be used... They are also asking for an extra payment of 700 HK$ to replace the screen. Please don't waste your time with this guys, low quality hardware and not honest...

Came to 188 for Switch game shopping on a rainy Tues. It's not a huge shopping center like Sino in Kowloon but has some good game shops with new and used games. If you're game shopping, head to the top floor and make two lefts. There's a little lady running a tiny hole in the wall but she has tons and tons of games across platforms. I was able to pick up a copy of River City Melee which is out of print. Def shop there first because she has new games...
