Garbage gym - one of the worst I've ever used.
The gym is unsanitary - there are no disinfectant sprays or towels provided to wipe down equipment, the change rooms are dirty and they stink.
During the hot summer months, they don't run the air con high enough, so the facility feels like a sauna.
The layout is poor - for a gym that fits hundreds of people, their stretching area is at best 150 sq ft and there are only 5 mats. Meanwhile, half a floor is dedicated to a "reading area" that I can't figure out the point of... huh?
To be expected in Hong Kong perhaps, but it's far too crowded - good luck getting access to any of the free weights between 6PM and closing time...
Read morePersonal trainers turned salesmen after the one-hr free lesson. Politely reject them. equipment dusty, sweaty, some rusty not providing small towel & disinfectant to wipe down equipment. A cleaner does the job once in a while. Better than none. changing room ok spacious in late afternoon, dare not visiting during lunch sauna room reasonably spacious and clean air/con full power. Good. free magazines & papers at comfortable reading area. Would be nice if there's coffee. I dont mind paying. good location

Read moreThe receptionist was really bad and didn’t understand much English. I went there to try out the gym, only to be told there is no such thing. I mentioned to her that I found that there was such information about a trial period of 7 days on the the website, only then she suddenly aware of such thing and told me to go to website to register. After going out my way to go there all she said was to go to the website and register and come back. I got home, did just that and haven’t heard from them for over a week.
So it feels like Physical Fitness doesn’t bother much to have new...
