The absolute worst salon experience. My brother had his haircut here and was left with the sides and back uneven. Upon seeing it, we went back to the salon and asked the man who cut his hair to please fix it as the lines were not straight. The hairdresser refused to acknowledge his mistakes and simply said that it was not crooked and that he would not fix it. Their customer service, or lack there of, was terrible. The service here was amazing! I got an aminoacid treatment done here and everything went great. Eva, the woman who washed my hair informed me of the different ways to care for my hair after the treatment and was very polite! Horrible experiencia ,mi hija de 16 años salió con la piel pelada en la limpieza facial y todavía le estoy tratando las cicatrices que le dejaron ,pidió que no le movieran su piercing lo cual la chica no respetó ,resultado una inflamación que apenas empieza a desaparecer desde diciembre, la que le hizo alisado nunca saludo no sabia que yo también estaba ahi llego de mal genio pateó la silla ,y luego la veo haciendo el tratamiento de mi hija ,nunca le explicó nada ,la quemó,le arrancó cabello y nunca se disculpó ,resultado mi hija salió llorando de ahi con la piel destruida y dolor de cabeza !
