Hotel Casa Fátima — Hotel in Cartagena

If could give 0 stars I would. My family and I went to CARTAGENA for the first time in August 2023 and got the worst experience because of this “hotel”. Where do I start? The rooms were old and rusty, they look nothing like the pictures, it wasn’t clean and everything that was advertised wasn’t there. After the first day we spent the whole day trying to get in touch with the admin because they don’t live in Cartagena they are in Medellin. After finally getting in contact the lady that answered was rude and disrespectful, I told her I would pay for that night and to refund the rest of the days and she didn’t want to, they wanted to put me in another of their hotels that was 40 min away from bocagrande which was were I wanted to stay. They made this experience horrible, they said they will refund the money in 30 days so I left and got an Airbnb and now they saying the won’t return my money so they basically robbed me and my family. STAY AWAY....

El hotel es un hotel cómodo, pero con una atención pésima y mi habitación me la entregaron con basura. Sin nombrar, el percance que pasamos por cancelar por airbnb este hotel, llegamos a la recepción el día de ayer y el recepcionista responde que con quien reservamos y que esa persona que tiene publicada el nombre del hotel en airbnb como casa Fatima que era el dueño anterior por lo cual el pago lo había sido recibido y que el hotel había cambiado de dueño de razón social y de dueño, que tocaba pagar de nuevo la noche en la recepción. Siendo esto una falta de respeto con las personas que los eligen, ya que para la gente que trabaje ahí es muy normal que otra persona que no es dueña del hotel ya, reciba dinero y estafe a las personas. LOS QUE QUEDAN MAL ES EL HOTEL !, no me...
