Crepes & Waffles — Restaurant in Cartagena

Worst food/service we've ever had in Cartagena. What a waste of time and money if you keep in consideration about the variety of restaurants you can find in the zone.

We ordered a Mediterranean Salad which was ordinary and an awful panne cook, the cheese was not even melted inside, it only had 5 mushrooms and took one and a half hours to be served.

One of our friends already finished his meal and my girlfriend has not even received her order.

We move 2 times from different tables due to the fan speed and they just kept turning it on even though we requested them to turn off the one we had above us.

I strongly recommend you to avoid this place.

I do not post my reviews so often, only when I consider a new restaurant deserves it but this has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had un this city, I hope they take this in consideration and improve their food and services as it is...

The ice cream was delicious but service was horrid. I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before anyone even approached me. She told me I had to pay first in Spanish and I’m not fluent but I couldn’t understand her at first. But really...Is it that difficult to to understand what I’m pointing to? Plus, she rolled her eyes at me when she was asking if I wanted one scoop or two. So rude. This was in a touristy mall too.
