This restaurant is located at the Hyatt Hotel the restaurant has wonderful views from the floor to ceiling windows and and beautifully designed interiors. The service was professional and although they had a corporate event which gave the place a vibrant and pleasant atmosphere they didn't forget about us. The 3 stars are for the food we order octopus as appetizer and one of their lunch special, entraña. Well the octopus had a nice presentation but was quite hard and gummy the entraña was no such cut of meat. Just had tiny piece and really tasted as highly processed meat. This Restaurant is located on the 11th floor inside Hyatt Regency Cartagena Hotel. You will have highly prepared and tastefully served dishes that will indulge your palate. Please ask for Katelyn, she is a doll, you will love her due to her humbled personality with the combined form of professionalism for the business she represents. I’m pleased to recommend them all the way! Absolutely a great Restaurant to dine in. You will not regret it. I have ordered the grilled octopus and a great dessert with a lot of cacao and chocolate flavor. Menu...

It's a beautiful room.... with really, really, REALLY slow service.... and the food.... well. It was...(I know, "If you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all..." ) But, I'm doing a public service here, so...the food was terrible. Meat was tough and flavorless. And it was served on a disasterous pile of something (maybe sweet potato?) Without going into detail ( Again, I'm trying to be nice)... this was just a bad meal. And an expensive one. The only time I felt noticed was when it was time to pay the tab....
