I recently had the opportunity to experience the Virtual Reality display at the Diocletian's Palace, and I have to say, it was nothing short of incredible. As someone who is not usually one to do the 'tourist' stuff, I pleasantly surprised by how captivating and engaging this experience was.
The level of detail and historical accuracy portrayed in the experience was truly remarkable. From the architecture of the palace to the daily activities of the people who lived there, everything felt incredibly authentic and immersive. I felt as though I had been transported back in time to witness the palace in all its former glory.
One of the things that impressed me the most was the use of 3D technology to bring the palace to life. The display was visually stunning and I found myself completely engrossed in the experience. The attention to detail was truly remarkable and made me appreciate the history and beauty of the palace in a whole new way.
I was also impressed by the work that went into creating this experience. Knowing that it took a team of people to bring this project to life made me appreciate it even more. I can only imagine the amount of research, planning, and effort that went into creating such a seamless and captivating experience.
Overall, I would highly recommend this Virtual Reality display to anyone, including couples, friends and families visiting Split. It's a unique and unforgettable way to experience the history and beauty of Diocletian's Palace, and I guarantee it will leave you feeling...

The virtual reality tour of Diocletian's Palace was incredibly immersive and brought history to life in a way that traditional museums simply can't. The detail and accuracy of the virtual reconstructions were astonishing, making it feel like I was truly walking through ancient Roman times.
One of the best aspects is that the experience is perfect for those who don't have a lot of time to spend in Split. You can complete the tour in about 15 minutes, making it a convenient and efficient way to dive into the city's rich history. Additionally, they offer the experience in several languages, which is really cool and very creative. It makes the museum accessible to a wide range of visitors from around the world.
The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly, providing excellent guidance and support throughout the experience. They clearly have a passion for history and technology, which made the visit even more enjoyable.

Read moreI was standing outside of the storefront of Diocletian's Dream trying to listen to the woman singing Opera in the arthouse next door. The owner came outside and asked if I needed any help and from there we got to talking. I ended up trying out the experience and am so grateful I did because this was such a fun and immersive way to learn about the history and culture of Split/Diocletian's Palace in a short amount of time.
For someone who chose not to give any time to history walks, sightseeing, or tours in favor of relaxation, the beach, and exploring Split, this was THE perfect way to still satisfy the taste of better understanding the history of the walls we walk through in Old Town. I walked away with such a greater understanding of Diocletian's Palace and could appreciate Old Town Split so much more. Great for all ages, and also a good place to rest in the summer days of Croatia. Highly recommend! The owner is so friendly and sweet, I hope our paths cross again.
