Location might look nice but it is not a safe beach. My bag was stolen with phone, cards and car keys...apparently it is a hotspot for personal item thefts on this beach, something the municipality and the police are well aware this is an issue but obviously not doing much about it. The poloce response when we went to report it was " yes we know about it, we have had many other people coming to report theft" to my question why is not anything done to warn the public more actively like signs on the beach, their response was "you need to take that to the mayor"......... There are many other beaches, nicer and safer than this one, save yourself the stress and go somewhere else. The police nor the municipality are definitely not going to help or do anything...

Overall, Finikoudes has the location and atmosphere to be amazing, but the lack of upkeep really brings it down. A bit of investment and basic courtesy would make a world...
