We wanted a peaceful relaxing boat trip that wasn’t crowded with people so we chose Egypt boats and are so glad we did. While other people are crammed into a boat we chartered our own lovely boat. It was just the two of us and the 3 wonderful crew members, Mahmoud, Ahmed & Zezo yesterday on our trip.

I told Egypt boats what activities we would like to do and they planned the most perfect day for us. We wanted to go fishing, see dolphins (if possible) maybe snorkelling and then visit the Egyptian Maldives. From the moment of contact via WhatsApp right until getting back to hotel communication was 5 star. It was very simple to book and we were kept informed.

Our driver Essam met us at hotel reception, welcomed us and drove us to the marina. He was lovely and chatted to us and told us interesting information on the drive from El Gouna to Hurghada.

The 3 crew members were amazing, they were so patient with me teaching me how to fish and I managed to catch lots for lunch.

The good thing about a private boat is you can change your plans. My partner was enjoying fishing so much we spent longer doing this and decided to give the island visit and snorkelling a miss (I had snorkelled the year before). The trip was what we wanted.

We were lucky enough to find dolphins and the captain took us to a quiet area with hardly any boats so we got a good view of them.

They made us the most delicious lunch from the fish we had all caught and this amazing rice dish, salad and chips. There was so much food. Again we had this at a time that suited us.

We then went to the Egyptian Maldives for the afternoon and the captain knowing we enjoyed peace and quiet took us to an area where we were the only boat which was heaven. The silence was just what we needed.

Unlike other companies we only paid after the trip once the company were happy we had enjoyed the day. To say we enjoyed the day would be an understatement.

We were sad to say goodbye to the crew they had given us the most wonderful day, one we will never forget.

I cannot thank Egypt boats and the boat crew enough. It was perfect in every way and the price is very very good especially for what you get. We will certainly book again when we come back next year.

As a group of 14 we wanted to book a private boat trip during our stay in Hurghada and I'm so glad we found Albert and the gorgeous Royal Pool boat. The group included children aged 4, 9 and 12 and it catered for everyone. Communication via WhatsApp with Albert was great and all questions were answered. The cost of the boat included all soft drinks, food, hotel transfers and snorkeling equipment. You are able to take your own alcohol onto the boat or Albert will purchase it (at an additional cost). The driver arrived at the hotel ahead of time and took us to the harbour where we were greater by a friendly member of the crew. Whilst walking to the boat we were asked what we would like to do and where we would like to go because the day was about us. Once on the boat we went through health & safety and were shown the 4 levels of the boat. Below the restaurant deck is a chill out area with a TV, seating and bean bags which the kids loved, the restaurant deck where tea/coffee/soft drinks are available and lunch is served. The sun deck with seating and a small pool and then the top deck with sun loungers. Within minutes of setting off fresh fruit platters and drinks were served to us. We were then lucky enough to see dolphins swimming whilst on the way to a small island. When we arrived we had a short swim to the island (life jackets were provided to those that needed it) and after spending a short while there we we off again to our snorkeling spot. The fantastic snorkeling guide first went out with the adults and then the children so everyone got to enjoy the experience. Lunch was then served which included pasta, rice, chicken, beef, salad and tasted amazing, this was prepared whilst we were on board so was all fresh. After lunch more snorkeling before heading back. It was honestly the most perfect, relaxing day. We were collected from the hotel (which was 60mins to the harbour) at 8.15am and arrived back at 6.15pm. I recently had the most incredible boat trip, and I simply can't stop raving about it! From start to finish, the experience was phenomenal. Firstly, the service was top-notch. Being picked up and dropped off at the hotel was seamless and convenient, adding an extra layer of ease to the whole adventure.

But let me tell you about the real highlight: the boat tour itself. Led by the amazing Hamada, who truly epitomizes what it means to be an exceptional tour guide. His passion for the sea and the destinations we visited was palpable, and his knowledge was truly impressive. Not only was he informative, but he also had this infectious energy that made the entire journey even more enjoyable.

The sights we saw along the way were breathtaking, from stunning coastlines to sandbanks resembling the Maldives, which felt like something out of a dream. And throughout it all, the crew ensured that we were comfortable and well taken care of. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs, making us feel like VIPs every step of the way.

I also asked the crew to help me plan my proposal. They were so supportive in making everything perfect so that my girlfriend didn't suspect anything. Thank you Hamada!!!

But what truly set this experience apart was the warmth and kindness of Hamada. He wasn't just a guide; he was a friend, always ready with a smile and a fascinating story to share. His genuine care for both the passengers and the environment was truly commendable, and it made the trip all the more memorable.
